Supported this location since opened. Praised them during COVID but last night will make me think twice. Orders the new mozzarella sandwich when finished order told they were out of tomato, basil and arugula. So basically a mozzarella grilled cheese. Ordered the chicken avocado. Avocado was brown and 2 pieces of chicken the size of a quarter. When I said something was told that was 2 ounces. Cheese wasn't good either.

The quality of food has really gone down. I got a horrible wilty Greek salad that was missing the feta and olives. And the chicken is gross. It used to be my favorite place for lunch. Last 3 Times, I've been so disappointed. I miss the customer service too, now they point you to the self serve kiosks. Very sad.

Food for price and quality have seriously gone downhill.
I know prices have gone up, but you can't impart both low quality and high prices - you'll lose customers!

Once a week. Getting better. Place I rediscovered and loving.

The service is always welcoming and friendly. Tonight, I came in for the new dipper sandwich. We both picked the steak over the chicken. The amount of steak pieces we got would NOT have created the thickness of a McDonald's burger patty. We basically had a bread sandwich. I'm very disappointed. 😔 We also had to put our dip sauce together to form one serving that would be high enough to dip the bread into. (not calling it a sandwich at this point) .

Gloried hospital food eatery?

I remember when Panera opened its doors at the cherry hill location. I use to love this place.

Today I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich, along with a French Onion soup. The sandwich was decent, I should of told them to hold the red onions. The outside part of the sandwich was crisp but the insides were very soft. The light BBQ sauce is a great touch to the sandwich.

The French onion, in my French oniony opinion, was a little too oniony, and packed with crotons. But I served its purpose to keep me warm during these rigid temps.

Will come back when it’s convenient, or when the wife last minutes decides not to cook as we leave Sam’s club.

Parking: Small area of parking, be carful.

I usually order to-go but we decided to eat-in this time. Happy they brought back the chicken salad. They were out of the bread that is normally included with it so I ordered the ciabatta. I couldn't believe how little chicken salad they put on my sandwich. I brought it back up to the counter & nicely told the woman that this amount "isn't really acceptable." She proceeded to tell me that was the correct portion size. I don't know a single person (Panera employees included) that would be okay with paying/receiving this to eat. I did convince her to give me one more scoop but she treated me like a criminal for even asking. Give people what they're paying for! The food is good but I've noticed skimpy portions more & more.

First time going to this place and definitely my last. The girl at the order counter was extremely rude. Being an older gentleman, I didn’t realize the ordering process would be so difficult. I just wanted a BLT sandwich and from what I saw from their online menu looked absolutely delicious. The sandwich I received was a flattened piece of garbage with hardly anything in it. Then my order just sat on the pick up counter. There was supposed to be an order # on my receipt to pick up my order, but no one mentioned this and the receipt was non readable.
Horrible experience.

My husband and I order bagels for the weekend very other weekend for the family. The only issue is quality has dropped on the freshness. I have even begun to order the bagels in Center city on Friday. I would love to get fresh bagels and return to the local business. Today, he order and thinking everything would be fresh since people have guests and it maybe a high traffic time. NOPE! we got old bagels again. ugh.
