My delivery driver got lost after stating he always gets lost in this area. My pizza was late and cold! Why pay for something I have to reheat that I have to pay! He had an attitude because he got lost and couldn't find my apartment!

Disgusting, everyone handles the food without gloves, doesn't wash their hands, totally unclean, apart from that I placed an order with a promotion. From 2 for 1 I told the man that it was 2 pizzas, he only gave me 1, there was no way to explain it to him, he just didn't want to give it to me.

Just ordered a pizza the 2 workers behind the counter did not acknowledge me while I stood at the counter for a bit. The one guy asked my name but could not read it on the box so he brought me someone elses order. Got that fixed. Got home and had ranch dip in the box. I guess I'm done at papa johns.

The Service here sucks! No one even looks at you when you arrive. My pizza was ready, and I had to wait because the guy was on his phone, sitting! I had to ask for it twice before he got up and gave it to me. It was on the self since before I arrived. I’m never ordering from this location again.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could, decided to order from here just tonight and firstly they sent out doordash, of which I’m sure stole part of my order or they didn’t include the whole order, so I was pretty much duped out of the cash tip I gave . It doesn’t help that the customer service when calling the store is subpar, and the food overall was just not worth all this hassle. Never ordering from here again and beware to anyone ordering online.

Just tried to call tonight talked to 3 ppl that don't speak English, asked to finally get transferred to the store after all 3 couldn't get the order correct, customer service was terrible there too I used to order all the time won't be doing that anymore SMH, NOT TO MENTION the prices are ridiculous

We ordered a pizza from them this weekend. We also got some sides. It wasn't the best pizza in the world, but my boys loved the NY style pizza and cookies. We got several things from the menu. We had 1 pizza that was doughy and not cooked all the way through. But I called them and explained and they refunded me for that pizza. Without any issues. They offered to bring me a new one but it was too late for us. The reason I gave 5 stars is because good customer service counts for a lot.

Didn’t have chicken or anything else I ordered and refused to make it right on top decided to tell me I only have an option for refund or cheese pizza and no one is wearing uniform so you can’t even tell who’s an employee or what’s going on.
