We used to order from here a lot. We haven't because of health restrictions. But man what a shock and disappointment. There was no meat on almost half of the pizza and very little sauce. Are they trying to make a profit by having a terrible product and cutting corners. There a is pizza shop around the corner that will be getting our business from now on.

Worst place ever to order online I ordered items. They did not have one of my items and it was a Crazy issue getting it refunded to me. They charge me $47 instead of 31 on my credit card stay away from this place. They don’t even speak English

This place is the WORST!!! I placed an online order for 2 thin crust pizzas. When I picked up my pizza I was told that they don't sell thin crust at this location. I purchased a thin crust from this exact location 2 weeks ago. How is it that they allow me to order something they don't sell & take my money. They have the worst customer service!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

I ordered an extra large pizza and found a long brown hair in my food and being that I live over 40 minutes away they only wanted to offer another pizza and refused to give a refund! Be careful before you bite make sure you don’t have any hair in it

My delivery driver got lost after stating he always gets lost in this area. My pizza was late and cold! Why pay for something I have to reheat that I have to pay! He had an attitude because he got lost and couldn't find my apartment!

Disgusting, everyone handles the food without gloves, doesn't wash their hands, totally unclean, apart from that I placed an order with a promotion. From 2 for 1 I told the man that it was 2 pizzas, he only gave me 1, there was no way to explain it to him, he just didn't want to give it to me.
Just ordered a pizza the 2 workers behind the counter did not acknowledge me while I stood at the counter for a bit. The one guy asked my name but could not read it on the box so he brought me someone elses order. Got that fixed. Got home and had ranch dip in the box. I guess I'm done at papa johns.

The Service here sucks! No one even looks at you when you arrive. My pizza was ready, and I had to wait because the guy was on his phone, sitting! I had to ask for it twice before he got up and gave it to me. It was on the self since before I arrived. I’m never ordering from this location again.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could, decided to order from here just tonight and firstly they sent out doordash, of which I’m sure stole part of my order or they didn’t include the whole order, so I was pretty much duped out of the cash tip I gave . It doesn’t help that the customer service when calling the store is subpar, and the food overall was just not worth all this hassle. Never ordering from here again and beware to anyone ordering online.
