Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere and the staff is super friendly, however the food itself is nothing to rave about. For the first 4 months or so lines were out the door and around the building, for what is in my opinion sub par. The sauce is just a jazzed up thousand island and twice i received undercooked chx. Price is decent though. So hopefully they improve the preparation.

I wanted to take this time out to properly give props to this specific canes. The staff here are very warm and caring but the manager Phil is a true gem. I came in a few weeks ago because I had spilled my drink and I went in to get another drink because I couldn't have fingers without the lemonade.

Phil comp me the drink which was a very professional gesture but we had small talk and made me feel great. Two weeks later, I had came in to get some fingers and Phil came up to me and complimented me and pick up where our conversation was last left. He is truly a professional and attentive remember my order. Places needs more people like Phil.

Staff is friendly. Food comes out quickly. The place looks clean. The food is ok. Canes sauce tastes like it’s missing something. Chicken strips were underwhelming.

Veterans Day lunch & first time at Raising Cane's. Went through the drive-thru with my family. Service was excellent, staff was friendly & accommodating and the food was really good - crispy & hot (even better with the Cane's sauce)! Two thumbs up!

The food was hot and fresh.The grade/quality of the chicken was excellent, and definitely exceeded my expectations. Portions were nice. Staff was organized and friendly although the restaurant was very busy.
Definitely would visit again if I needed a quick meal.

it was 10pm and the drive thru line was surprisingly long. got my chicken finger combo and it wasn't all that great. the container it came in was even greasy it felt gross. chick fi la is the way 100%
