Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

food was soooo fresh hot and juicy!!
first time at this location and the LOVE was there!! the workers were so kind this one lady checked up on us and made sure everything was okay and asked if we needed anything and as we were walking out the same lady said she had something for us went into a chest a gave my boyfriend and wristband and me and hair scrunchie it made our day!!

Customer service here was terrible. I asked for ketchup and the employee literally walked away. When we stayed at the drive to ask again, she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed that we were still there. After making us stand there, she finally said “uh, it’s in the bag.” Rude and completely unnecessary attitude.

For a franchise, they never disappoint. Everything is always made properly.

Update: since my original post, I've had to deduct a star. If we could give 4.5 stars, I would consider it. My rating isn't a reflection of their food. Their food is 5 star hands down. My star deduction is based on their service.
1. The actual wait time vs. the time given on the app: Needless to say on weekends, you can expect longer wait times. That's not my issue. What's problematic is the variance from the time given to the time of order. You can anticipate up to a 45 minute difference and you still may need to inquire.
2. Accuracy: do not by any circumstances leave without checking your order first. Countless times I've left, didn't check and was kicking myself later. You may feel that the menu isn't that extensive....but in their haste, they consistently get little things wrong.

Nonetheless, I still highly recommend but with the aforementioned caveats.

Fries were cold and under seasoned. Tenders were ok, a little stringy with the tendon not butchered, Texas toast was stale, service was average at best. I wouldn't recommend

I just wanted to thank you for your amazing staff. I sm at Deptford Raising Cane's 4 times a week for my Grandson. He has eating issues and will eat the chicken if it is thin strips. From the first order, your staff has given me exactly what I asked for. Now most of them are familiar with my order. Some even know my name. I just wanted you to know that not only is your food the best but so is your staff. I especially want to thank Tanaisa (sorry if it's spelled wrong). He smile and personality make my day. I backed up the line ordering naked tenders... Surprised they didn't make me pull the car around or park to get my order from inside.

So sorry for backing up the line, but of all the Cane's I've been to, this one is the best.

How is this 13.00? Thats not even a hand full of fries. The chicken is so small and its looks like it a bite out of it already. Never again. Dont waste your money on half a meal

I only discovered Raising Cane's a couple of weeks ago, and this was my second visit. I have never tasted chicken fingers this good and as juicy. The special sauce and cole slaw were also good. I like that they had fresh brewed iced tea, both sweet and unsweetened.

Ordered a kids meal for pickup which is plenty enough for an adult. But they didn't put any napkins in the bag. The chicken fingers are nice and meaty!
