Haven't been to Red Robin in a while. Marq was our server and he was great. Overall it was Red Robin and they delivered a good meal for a fair price.

The food is pretty good on a consistent basis. I just wish there were slightly more space between the tables. I always feel like I'm barging in on someone else when I weave my way to the restroom.

Talk about YUM. Red Robin always comes through for a hankering in big burgers and big steak fries. Large variety of fun choices. Been here 6-7 times and had excellent service every time minus one(pretty sure the waitress is gone now).

Our server Vinny was great and informative, positive and welcoming attitude. The kitchen manager came out to make sure our food was good and we thought that was super kind. Better experience than a upscale restaurant.

Sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to seat us. We also tried to get someone attention to ask them to seat us and was completely ignored. It was lunchtime on a Tuesday so they were not overly crowded. We eventually just had to leave and go to another restaurant so they must be doing very well since they don’t seem to want our business.
We've never had a better service experience and the food was hot and fresh, just what we were expecting going to a Red Robin. We were extremely satisfied with our visit and would highly recommend this location. We would absolutely come again if we lived in the area.

as a long time lover of RR, I look forward to the gourmet burger whenever Im hungover and starving, but this location really soured my hangover burger experience. Went around 2pm on a Monday, so it wasnt too busy, but the bartender disappeared after taking my order. Food took longer than other RR locations (maybe 20-30 min). When food finally arrived, it was the wrong burger, so my wait time was increased a bit longer. Correct food arrived but it was cold and not as tasty as the same burger at other RRs. And bartender was either serving the tables around me or just gone. No one asked if food was ok or if I wanted another beverage until my plate was clean and it was time to go.
Do yourself a favor and just go to another RR location.

We went around 2pm. They were out of ice cream, meaning no milkshakes or floats. The service was very mediocre. At least the food was okay. Maybe it was like this because it was a holiday? I don’t know, but it could’ve been better.

Stopped in for lunch with family today. Food was great, as always. Our waiter was very good and attentive. Noticed our kids accidentally enabled the table game kiosk and he took it off our bill. Will be back.

Stopped in for some fried pickles after shopping . Service was pleasant and efficient. Burgers and fries were great too! It's especially nice that they offer the Impossible Burger for vegetarians.

This has to be the best Red robin restaurant in South jersey. With the installment of new management Justin Koerner this place shines bright. We walked in and were greeted and pleasantries exchanged. The server Courtney and the rest of the staff were spot on. The food was cooked to perfection and came out quicker then ever before. With all the competition in this industry they are leading the charge at the deptford location. Looking forward to our next outing here and many more.
