Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Reasonable place for very good burgers and sandwiches. Especially of value due to the bottomless fries and root beer floats. Also found this visit that the fish and chips are particularly good! 👍 Servers were attentive and friendly even during a busy Friday evening. We don't go often, but will certainly return again.

Let me just say… I walked in expecting a meal, and left with an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with the warmest welcome. It didn’t feel like just going out to eat — it felt like we were genuinely invited to be there.

We were seated promptly and introduced to our server, Mark — with a Q (yes, Q — unforgettable, just like his service!). We told him it was our first time dining there, and without hesitation, he brought out a complimentary basket of fries just to welcome us in. Friendly, attentive, and just a breath of fresh air — the kind of server that makes you feel seen and appreciated, not just served.

Then we met Derek, the manager, who came by our table personally to introduce himself and make sure we were enjoying everything. I don’t know about you, but having a manager take the time to do that? That’s rare — and honestly, it made the whole experience feel that much more special. You can tell leadership here cares.

The food? Slammed. I had the teriyaki wings — perfectly sauced, flavorful, crispy, and juicy. My mom had the chicken sandwich and couldn’t stop talking about how fresh it was. My son? He was perfectly happy devouring fries with the biggest smile. And can we talk about the bottomless Dr. Pepper Cream Soda?! I could’ve stayed all day sipping on that magic.

But what truly makes this place a gem is the customer service. Everyone — and I mean everyone — was kind, professional, and made us feel at home. I’ve been out to restaurants lately where I left feeling like tipping was a chore, but here? I was more than happy to tip — it was a joy. Because when service is that good, when people go above and beyond with no expectation… you want to give back.

I’ll be returning every time I come shopping at the mall. This visit genuinely lifted my spirits — and for that, I am so thankful. Shoutout to Marq and Derek the manager — you both made our day.

Mad Love for the big RR

Loved our server. I wish I'd gotten her name. She was friendly and attentive. She was also great with the kids. She also handled our coupon issues with ease. I love the burgers here but always get the same thing which has never disappointed me

We were seated immediately. Our server was great. She was also the bartender at the bar, but that didn't affect her ability to serve us. She was sweet and attentive. She made sure to check on us without being overly intrusive. She seemed to know just the right amount of time between check-ins. Her knowledge of the food was so helpful. My daughter ordered a new burger, and the sauce would have been poured over the bun. This was great news to have as my daughter hadn't realized that when she ordered it. She asked for the sauce to be on the side. Had she not jumped ahead and told us that. My daughter's food would have been ruined. Great place!!!! We were also able to pay at the table or play the server.

Haven't been to Red Robin in a while. Marq was our server and he was great. Overall it was Red Robin and they delivered a good meal for a fair price.
