We had a great visit today at Red Robin. Steven was our server who was also tending to the bar. It was not crazy busy but he could have easily been overwhelmed with all the running around he was doing. Instead he gave us excellent service and made my daughter very happy making her an ice cream sundae for her birthday. The food was very good also.

We always come in and eat here and we love it. I always fill out the surveys and had written positive reviews before. However, today we ordered out, which is not typical for us. And i'm sorry to say how frustrated I am. I bought the chicken tender salad, a meal that i have bought time and time again in store. I usually love this salad and always thought it was worth the $15 because of the serving size. I always take home leftovers. Today what i received was unsatisfactory. $15 for a few handfuls of warm wilted lettuce and a few toppings. Not worth the $15 or the wait. I was so frustrated i even considered returning it but so hungry that i just said nevermind. This review is nothing against the people that work here. The atmosphere is always really great and inviting. But i will probably not order pick up again. They cut the servings in half and would have never happened eating in store.

They have really stepped it up here. The food preparation and presentation is on point. The food when it comes out looks like it does on the menu. This is my go to out of Chilis, Applebee's and longhorn in the area. They give you extra fries and campfire sauce for free.

Glad they offer other entrees other than burgers. Although their burgers are great, I was glad they had other things on the menu. I ordered a margarita and found out I just missed the $4 price but ordered it anyway. The drink I received didn't have any booze in it at all. I didn't say anything but know it was not added.

The usual at Red Robin. Nothing special, nothing terrible.
Our family of 4 had dinner here tonight to celebrate our sons 16th birthday. The host at the door was very friendly and engaging. When we were seated we felt a little cramped at our table, so we asked to move a table over since it was bigger and the manager immediately let us move. The waitress was very attentive and the waitstaff in general were very friendly. Our food came out in a timely manner and was soooo good. We each like our burgers cooked differently and each was done perfectly. We all enjoyed our visit and will surely be back soon. Thank you for making our night a very pleasant one!

Great food, service and atmosphere! Fast turn not a single complaint! Popped in about 3x in a week and every time was fantastic. As a former GM and current restauranteur I usually don’t leave chains happy but the staff and management here know what the hell they’re doing both front and back of house. Congrats and keep up the great work!
