I was just in there in the past hr and hit a new myself order salad and absolutely disgusting. My egg is slimy and the rest of the salad taste like it been out all day. The dressing is so watered down I can’t even tell what I ordered . Never ever had a promblem here but after today this will be my last time

I love the fresh combinations at Saladworks. The salads, sandwiches and wraps are always very good. It's a delicious alternative to the greasy fast food typical of other places. Especially in the summer! I loved the Summer Berry Bowl especially. Fresh strawberries, yum! Every salad and sandwich I've ordered has been excellent.
Don’t order online! You don’t get what you pay for! Ordered a chicken salad online for pickup and didn’t even get chicken. Plus gave them a good tip for doing their job smh never again! I’ll come and watch them make my salad next time! Sneaky people I swear. Wish I could get my money back because that was horrible!!!

I am so disappointed I cant believe what I just seen one of the girls that is in there tonight 4/11/24 Is really in there grabbing ppls food with her hands and putting it on the plate now granted I gave her the benefit of doubt when I seen she had gloves on but then she turns around touched cabinets counters exc, and then comes back to take the person in front of me order, and did it again with the same gloves on. She's gonna make someone sick that is not cool they have utensils they're supposed to use now I'm mad cuz I don't feel comfortable eating there no longer. BTW I walked out after witnessing her do it twice.

I haven't been here in a long time and the one time I wanted something lite on my stomach. I ordered a Bentley and I hardly had any meat in my salad. I had a whole plate full of salad but no ham, turkey, dice tomatoes didn't have hardly any. If I'm paying over $11 for a salad I should have what I pay for. Not
Service was mediocre at best. Had to request my roll and butter after I already paid. Also purchased a water that I had to go back and get after I had already sat down. Lastly don't think any tuna was actually on the salad. Usually, I don't post but felt the need when I spent $17 and it wasn't as good as it used to be. Maybe they will get better after ready my post. Fingers crossed this happens.
