Lately, there has been a lot of white parts of iceberg lettuce in my salad. It is bitter tasting and the part you normally would dispose of, NOT PUT IN SOMEONE’S SALAD THAT YOU ARE OVERPAYING FOR. Saladworks has gone downhill a lot and yet they increased their prices. Welp, that is a deal breaker for me. Bye Saladworks!! There are MANY other places that offer quality ingredients for a much better price.

Ordered the Avocado BLT and upon opening the sandwich it did not have any Bacon on it. They stated there was no manager there and that they could not refund me. This is unacceptable since the mistake was on them. Please check order before leaving.

I love saladworks and was so excited to be able to get a salad today and we walk inside and there’s a line which is fine. The main part that I found completely ridiculous is that most of the staff about 4-5 of the girls working today all were texting on their phones not even helping the one poor kid who was trying to mix the dressing into the salads and they kept piling up. The sheer audacity of these girls to laugh at their coworker is horrible. Help the kid don’t stand around on your cell phones not even greeting the customers. We left without even ordering or being spoken to. I highly doubt I will return to this location after today.

Good stuff every time some salad works have different ingredients. For example, the one in Cinnaminson has pickled onions and sun-dried tomatoes. The one in Deptford does not. But the one in Deptford has lasagna soup. The one in Cinnaminson does not.

I was just in there in the past hr and hit a new myself order salad and absolutely disgusting. My egg is slimy and the rest of the salad taste like it been out all day. The dressing is so watered down I can’t even tell what I ordered . Never ever had a promblem here but after today this will be my last time
