Service is slow, use the drive thru. I went inside to avoid drive thru line for two black coffees. Everyone in the drive thru got their coffees before me and I had to remind the staff of my order

Deptford Starbucks has some of the most friendliest nicest respectable understanding people. I hardly ever have any issues at this location. And when something is wrong with my Drink They “make it right” I also have to give a shout out to sicklerville “jerryline” is and awesome manager and also always “makes it right. Sadly thought Clementon Blackwood never gets it right and could use the training and skills from These other two awesome respectable locations. Thank you DEPTFORD!!! My coffee taste great!!!! Wish I lived closer !!!

I don’t understand why they offer non-dairy drinks if they’re still going to use dairy. If i order oat milk in my drink , then it’s. For. A reason. Not for taste. But Because i am lactose intolerant. Hate spending money on a drink i cant enjoy. I tipped for no reason because simple instructions can not be followed. Now i have to spend the rest of my day balled up on a toilet because Starbucks hires individuals that apparently can not read. Will be returning in the morning to cause hell.

If I could give more than 5 star I easily would.. came here from Penns Grove Nj to try for the first time and never have been received with such welcoming attitude at the drive through. And to the man that was working Wednesday March 26. 2025 at 9pm window give him a raise.

This Starbucks is a disgrace, and the girl that works. The window with the headband on her head has a real nasty attitude. I came here this morning to get my drink, which I come here every morning before work and this is the second day in a row that my drink was wrong yesterday it was wrong and when I complained about it today, they did nothing. They made it wrong again today so I came back around to the window and she got a real nasty attitude. How about if you do your job and make the drink correctly I wouldn’t have to come back around to the window then I called the store to ask for the manager and I got hung up on. I’m now gonna call corporate. This store is a disgrace and I won’t be coming here anymore the people that work here are very incompetent and rude

The barista hardly toasted my bagel so when I asked her to retoast it she snatched my bag and walked off without saying anything. Time was around 8:40 on 2/14. I think since she was wearing a crop top to work she was really feeling herself.
