Crazy slow every time. And the parking lot is a mess. Find a different location if convenient because this places is terribly inefficient. Drink quality is hit or miss too.

I went through the drivethru and the 2 guys at the window were not only rudely handing my order to me, they were also speaking quite loudly to each other complaining about customers. I said thank you each item that was handed to me, and at no point was anything said to me. After I had my items, he just closed the window and continued their complaining to each other.

The 2 of them are nothing short of egregious. The rest of the staff however is fantastic. If those 2 weren’t there, it would be my favorite Starbucks. Some of us have to use the locations with the drivethru cause we have young kids, but when the staff is that rude, I just rather go around the corner to the target Starbucks instead.

This used to be my go to Starbucks. But the last few times there was a younger guy working the drive-thru. He is one of the rudest people, and I have no clue how he got hired let alone continues to be there with his attitude.

Haven’t had any issues with the staff there prior to him. Would be higher review if he didn’t work there, or at the very least was limited in interactions with customers.

A very nice, warm, and cozy little place to enjoy some morning coffee and catching up on work. The staff are awesome and very caring. My only issue is that the parking lot is so crammed and it’s nearly impossible to pull out when there is a long drive-through line stretching to the entrance of the street. My car got scratched twice in this parking lot because of how tight it is. They need to do something about the traffic pattern because it is ridiculous!

Employees had an attitude and prioritized drive through orders over customers inside. One employee claimed that it’s just because they are understaffed. Seems like a management problem if so.

What I observed was a little disturbing to me. I watch a female worker changing the trash with bare hands while still making drinks and serving food. She never washed her hands the whole time I was there. This was about 15 minutes in total. Plus I ordered and didn’t get my drink until I asked another worker. She claimed they thought I got it. I never received it until I asked another worker.

Service is slow, use the drive thru. I went inside to avoid drive thru line for two black coffees. Everyone in the drive thru got their coffees before me and I had to remind the staff of my order

Deptford Starbucks has some of the most friendliest nicest respectable understanding people. I hardly ever have any issues at this location. And when something is wrong with my Drink They “make it right” I also have to give a shout out to sicklerville “jerryline” is and awesome manager and also always “makes it right. Sadly thought Clementon Blackwood never gets it right and could use the training and skills from These other two awesome respectable locations. Thank you DEPTFORD!!! My coffee taste great!!!! Wish I lived closer !!!

the PRIDE flag hanging on the wall is very unnecessary, would be nice to see an American flag.
