This has to be one of the worst Wendy’s around, and that’s saying something cause there isn’t that many. You could pull up with no one in drive thru and still get terrible service.

I dont usually go here after 10pm but it was late and I needed to eat something. I went to the drive thru after 10pm. I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger $5 biggie bag and was told that thete wasn't any bacon which was fine I requested to have it without bacon. When I left and got to where I was going only 5 minutes down the street I bit into my sandwich which was cold because the burger was never evebcooked. Never going back to this Wendy's again. Nightshift must be understaffed and overworked. I would never serve anyone uncooked or undercooked. I was very disgusted and very disappointed because I have never had a bad experience at this store. I will cook my own burger at home from now on which is 30 minutes away from this store. It was definitely not worth my travel or trip.

Coffee was warm, sandwiche was made but side wasn't, so sandwiche waited 5 minutes for side and end up getting cold. Lobby was was cold and floor was greasy.

Went there today @3:39pm and the manager was worring about the time she was comimg at because she had worked a 12 hour shift and saw me standing wating to order my food look st me wrong and never said someone will be right with you to take my iorder i know that is understandable when management work long hours but never taking my order is also bad and all the employees looking at me stamding there so I will never go back to this wendy

Had no chance to experience the service, atmosphere or the food. I arrived on a Friday at 6:36pm , Drive-thru own but the lobby was unusually closed. I could not even get an employee to noticed us and another couple when the sign stated 7am to midnight.

Should change the name to Windy, because it was a cold night to leave people outside.

I won't visit again.

It's Gem

Thursday night and they’re “out” of tenders AND spicy nuggets. Who is the GM (general manager) or DM (district manager) that’s not doing their jobs of overseeing this place? Supervisors and leaders not tracking and keeping up with inventory or are employees just being lazy because they dont feel like dropping spicy nuggs??
Making Wendys look as bad as Mcdonalds… which i don’t go to because of this same issue.
They didnt ask or provide any sauces for the regular nuggets ordered and gave us the wrong order.

Found hair in my crispy chicken sandwich. Didn’t have enough time to come back because I had to return to work. I just threw it out. It’s all good though…I’m tryna lose weight anyway.

So I love the food and this review is not about the food or the staff but the cleanliness of the store. We go here when we are in the area for the frosty key chain my kid was given for the holiday. The establishment is beautifully located on a well traveled road in a shopping complex located near other shopping complexs. It does have competition with other establishments across the road. We visited this location on 08-13-2025 got my kid some lunch and with the frosty We noticed the soda dispenser having a slimy black gunk hanging from the dispenser nozzle (refer to pictures). We used a tissue to remove what we saw to inform the manager about the issue after its removal more seeped out from the nozzle. This is a clear display of lacking proper maintenance and cleaning procedures to maintain the machine. After this issue is resolved I would highly recommend this establishment to be paid a visit and this review will be adjusted after we confirmed that the issue was handled.
