Gabriel and the staff at the Deptford NJ location are amazing! Gabriel helped us over the phone with a missing item and was so prompt, professional and friendly that we came back and ordered more food in the same week. Real customer service is almost non existent in food service anymore, so his treatment towards us was super refreshing and appreciated!

Do not order from here, my order is always wrong or missing something. I’m done, given too many chances. Recently the bun used on the chicken sandwich was stale when I got my meal and half the wings for the meal deal were missing.

Placed an order for carry out, I showed up dead center of the 5 minute window it said the order would be ready by. I wouldn't mind an extra 5ish minutes, but I was told it would be another 30 for the order to be ready.
Decided to cancel, another customer next to me decided to cancel too. Then it was another 10 minutes to cancel the order because the person on register was new and didn't know the process. All the other employees just kept saying one minute while the line got longer and longer.
It was the same issue the first and time I tried this location months ago. Zero improvement in service. Will never attempt to order from this location again.

Employees were incredibly unprofessional, rude and downright aggressive. The cashier cut me off multiple times when ordering, apparently there's a specific way to order in their head and every time I went off script they would get increasingly irate with me. Kitchen staff weren't any better just yelling my name 3 times with no indication where to pick up my order, and when someone finally told me where to get my food, they loudly muttered how stupid I must be. I have complained to customer service and they have been incredibly condescending about the whole ordeal.

I have been here about a dozen times. The service has never been stellar but tonight….🤯🤬. AND conveniently, When I go to the website to leave feedback it won’t loan past putting in the store and receipt info. Back to my experience, As I pulled up I could hear the music playing from the store, my windows were up and my radio was on. So that speaks to how loud it was. As I walked in, a worker stood from the kitchen and yelled “pickup?”. I responded yes and with my name. He couldn’t hear me over the music. He asked me 2 more times. When he couldn’t hear me he walked away and left me standing there. Another worker step 4 feet out of the kitchen and asked my name. I had to tell him twice, as he couldn’t hear me over the music. There were several other customers in the store, all looking very confused by the scenario.

I order food and received a completely different order. It took over 30 minutes to get in touch with anyone and I still had to drive 20 minutes to the store to return my order, where they actually thought it was funny. Worst service and delivery ever!!

I'm gonna keep it 80+20, The food is poor quality I bit into a couple boneless wings from here and you would have thought I was eating Moose ankles or some type of capybara meat it was wild. I've never been this disrespected in my life. Like how do you see these other bad reviews and keep providing poor quality food? The staff seemed nice but the food was Triddash. If I get sent to an early grave I'm blaming this place. Wingstop of Deptford why have you forsaken me? I'm on the phone with Rick Ross right now we have to get to the bottom of this. I'm calling Olivia Benson from SVU too because I'm a special victim of this restaurant. I want justice.

I see a-lot of people complaining about bad service. They all seem to be expecting fast food. This place cooks to order for the most part it seems. Don’t expect crispy chicken in 5 min after you ordered.
I went to this location for the first time at 8pm on a Friday (walk-in).
I ordered 1 combo and 1 sandwich. I waited about 15 min (to be expected with cook to order establishments). Within that 15 min I watched the staff service 5-7 massive take out orders and a large walk-in order. I received my full order. It was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was looking for.
The staff was vibing, there was a good movie on the tv and they were playing some music in the kitchen. They looked like they were having fun at work while business was booming. Nothing wrong with that in my opinion. Ill be back.
Only mistake made was I didn’t order the atomic sauce on my sandwiches. If you really like spice, the original hot may not be enough for you.
