Me and my husband went to this location and as we were ordering our meal the woman who was taking our order let us know that if we take a survey we could get free brownies. I quickly started to take the survey and after I was done they give me the brownie, however, it was expired. I asked them for a new one and they went to the back and after a while they gave me a “new one”. In the package we could still see the place were the previous tag with the expiration date was, and coincidentally this “new” brownie didn’t have a tag of fabrication/expiration date. This was a very unpleasant situation and their attitude was beyond disrespectful. I wonder how many people they “trick” with this kind of behaviour. If you don’t have brownies to give out, just don’t advertise as so. I would’ve understood if they didn’t have any more brownies, but lying to our faces was just too much, I am never coming back.

Let me tell yall about the General Manager at thz deptford location Wing Stop. A heart of gold. Went out his way to fix a issue he didn’t even create. Wasn’t his problem but he made it his business to correct it!!! Forever grateful and for sure will pay it fwd!!!! THANK YOU RICHIE!!

I love the Hot Honey rub wings (bone in)! This store is strategically located in the same shopping center as Sam's Club and Walmart. You get greeted immediately as you enter the store and all the employees are kind and courteous. The bathroom is always fresh and clean! I usually order to go, so I don't mind placing my order and then go do some quick shopping in Walmart or Sam Club. Even if I pick up my food 30 mins later...it's still piping HOT! Love it! ❤️💯

I ordered this Sunday, and expected a delay considering it was right at kick off. I got there early and my order was only 10-15 mins past my minimum wait time which i expected worse. But I can't get over how rude and nasty customers were being as soon as they walked into the door. Staff handled it perfectly though the girl at the counter was nice no matter how rude people were with her. The manager jumped into the kitchen to help his staff, and they were all hustling. The manager at one point handed out brownies to the people for having to wait. Great job to the staff, and to customers expect a delay if you order at kick off on a sunday.

Three visits to deptford. Three wrong orders. Either missing sauces,no fries or wrong wings. I'm done there.
Order was incorrect. Got the 20 wings for $20 deal, and only received 15 wings. I ordered 2 orders of garlic parm and received 1 garlic parm wing, which is a joke. Anyways. The food we did get was good, and the girl at register was kind.

Very good. The fries have a sweetness I've never tasted before. The lemon pepper fries are strong. Had the boneless wings with Hickory BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. Tasty. The soda machine has tons of options. Once you click like Dr. Pepper it gives you different flavors of Dr. Pepper.
