I order off of DoorDash, and almost everything I got was wrong. I order a 2 for $26 and the chips that came with the spinach dip were stale. My chicken sandwich had pickles and tomatoes on it after I requested to not have it. My “chicken” with my Mac and cheese was absolutely pathetic, if you can fit 3 chicken tenders in a small soup Togo cup I shouldn’t be up charged $4 for that. And the Mac and cheese had BARELY any sauce to it. It honestly looks like they had a penne with Alfredo and gave me that instead (with still barely any sauce). Every single thing I ordered was messed up except for a cup of soup and the side of potatoes. It was over priced for what I ended up with.

I've been coming here for years and yesterday I was very disappointed as I was having dinner sitting at the bar, There was nothing but flies everywhere inside the building and around our food, it was very annoying and disgusting. They need to clean this place!!

Yesterday, I came into Applebees to pick up a food delivery and was talked to very rudely by this waiter with glasses who’s a bit short and chunky. He told me that I could pick up the food downstairs, which I was a bit confused about since I thought the restaurant only had one level. When I asked him where downstairs was, he pointed to the bar area that’s only two steps down from the rest of the restaurant and said “can you even see?” before storming off. I suppose he was having a bad day since it must be tough for him to work at Applebees as an incel in his upper thirties, but this type of rudeness was neither called for nor appreciated

Never had worse service. Sat there for almost 20 minutes before someone came over to us. We ordered drinks and food and our food came to our table before our drinks. Didn’t have anyone come back to our table until our food and drinks were long gone. And then they didn’t come back with the check until I came up to the booth and asked them again. Never coming back here again.
I love it here!! Been going there since 2023 and I still go every other weekend. Amazing customer service and food is amazing!

And in general the people who serve us make us feel very very comfortable. The food is always delicious... And the cocktails are the best. I congratulate you, Apple Bee, you have an excellent team.
