Loved everything! Started with the clams casino and the fried green tomatoes. Asked for some ranch on the side for the tomatoes. Both were amazing and their ranch is insane! House Italian salads were good as well as the bread. Entrees were the chicken cordon Bleu, chicken scarpariello, carlo's country chicken, and the penne vodka. All were amazing but there is a reason they underline that the penne vodka is a cream sauce, as the tomatoes are chopped and added in and not a base of the sauce - so not what you would traditionally expect from a vodka sauce. I couldn't decide between the Alfredo and the vodka sauce so this was perfect for me.

Excellent restaurant. I feel like it's a hidden gem of sorts. Menu has a good selection to choose from. They open9 from 5-9 on the weekend. They do take reservations which is a big help. Prices are reasonable and the staff is incredible. My girlfriend had Veal Saltimbocca with a salad ? and I had the Chicken Parm dinner. We both had a side of pasta ? and we really enjoyed the sauce.

Full disclosure, I worked here in the 80’s. But, I’ve worked at a lot of restaurants I never went back to after leaving.
It’s really one of the best restaurants in New Jersey. Especially for the value. You can’t go wrong with any of the dishes. It’s been run the same way for over 40 years and the family that owns it really takes pride in their work. It may be odd to recommend a dessert at a place with food as good as this but they make their own desserts on premise and the carrots cake is the best I’ve ever had. Enjoy!
