I found the restaurant very relaxing not rushed through my dinner experience. Great menu with many choices. Wonderful ambiance with fantastic food. Cant wait to go back.

My boyfriend and I visited Charlotte’s Web for our Valentines dinner. After we were sat we were greeted by the lovely Kathy. Kathy is an amazing asset to Charlotte’s Web. She has such a kind and genuine ambiance. In addition, she was a plethora of knowledge in regards to the menu and helped us pick our appetizer and entrees. Our food was delicious and we had much to bring home with us. We will definitely be coming back.

We ordered takeout and were very disappointed with the quality of the chicken we got. The chicken Francese seems undercooked and has a strange juiciness and gamey flavor. The chicken Savoy tastes a little better but is way overcooked, tough, and dry. The wings are so small $13 feels overpriced when they don’t even take up half a takeout container.
