The staff at Charlotte's web is easily the most welcoming, professional and hospitable I've ever encountered. They are like family. Family owned, family run and you leave feeling like you went to your family's for dinner without the drama of course ;) I have been coming here since I was born and it has NEVER disappointed. Their turkey dinner special is the best thanksgiving meal I have ever had. They don't always have it, so when you go make sure you ask for the Chicken St. Joan. It's the best dish on the secret menu. Just trust me. Lori, Stephanie, Sal and Charlotte are all good people and in these times it's important to support good people. I will be going there for the rest of my life!

Ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and the chicken was dry and hard as a rock. The sauce had no flavor, but you can see by photo with the abundance of sauce, they tried to hide how bad the chicken is. All in all, it was a very disappointing meal, service and atmosphere. Don’t waste your money or time going.
