I'm unsure if this place changed ownership but I've visited there multiple times the past four years but for the past year and a half there food has been sub par to say the least. Today i went to buy food and it was just completely inedible and nasty, the food quality is terrible. I'm unsure when the next time I'll be returning if i even return. I'm very disappointed

The food took 1 hour and 20 minutes to be delivered. I'm fine with food taking long if it's hot. My food was cold to the touch. It was sitting for at least an hour. I stuck my meat thermometer into the food. The pizza registered at 71 degrees. My fried calimari registered at 62 degrees. I'm going to do a chargeback on my card. This is unacceptable.

I would rate this pizza place low when compared to pizza places nearby in Randolph, Dover. I think they are focusing on many too many stuffs empanadas, beef patty etc. which may be good but pizza slices are not up to mark.

Best pizza hands down! The gluten free option is especially tasty with a rice crust option not just cauliflower and they use fresh mushrooms not canned. I live down the road from another pizza place but I will always go out of my way to order from Franks. Thank you for providing the community with fresh ingredients and quality pies! :)
