I’m so done with this place. I had to leave my first review ever. Worst service you can get! Those waitresses are not attentive at all. Owners should really fix that. I’ve given this place many chances. Always tipped well and have remained patient while they gossip with each other and I’m in need of a refill or my check. You’re better off going down the street to Riviera Maya where the service is great and the food is better. I have eaten many times at both places to know Riviera Maya is a better experience for the same price. You want good food and great service? Try any Colombian place in Dover. They provide the best service and quality food. Stop over paying for a poor man plate of rice, beans, and tortillas at la Bamba. Specially when the service continues to be terrible.

Beautiful and cozy restaurant with a beautiful and different ambiance. Authentic Mexican cuisine. Enjoyed the chicken and shrimp fajitas.A little disappointed as it is a BYOB restaurant. You need to bring your own drinks.

The girls who answer the phone serve you reluctantly and are very despotic, you should change waitresses or tell them that if they don't want to work, they should look elsewhere because they answer reluctantly.

Love the food but the servers talks a lot to each other when I've been trying to call for them to get the check. To call for food delivery was not a good experience by hanging up on me and say they don't do delivery anymore for the time but when we used a different number, they do delivery. There's 2 servers who I'm completely fine with but the rest needs to be talked with! Love the food but I rather go to a different restaurant because I just don't enjoy the customer service quality.

The food is good but it's like pulling teeth to get someone to speak a lick of English. I called to have food catered for an event and they just kept passing the phone around from person to person saying no English no English. I get it, it's a Mexican restaurant but with all due respect it's a Mexican restaurant in America. There should be at least one person in the building who can communicate in English. That is my biggest issue with Dover, terrible and unrealistic customer service from the taxis and thoughout the town. So so frustrating. You guys just missed out on a huge payday because your employees can't communicate with the population.
