The head cashier had a very poor customer service attitude and changed prices as she pleased. I was told tamales were 4 dollars by the one who asked me what I would like to order. Then the lady at the cash register said to charge me 9. My card was charged 11.50. All a while, it looked like I bothered her that I was ordering in the restaurant. Staffing at this restaurant was poorly trained on customer service.

The food is tasty, the service is very bad, the most ridiculous thing is the size of the bag of salad they give you for 2 pupusas, it compares to a 25 cent coin, absolutely shameful.
The fonda is one of the best Honduran restaurants in the Dover area, where the waitresses provide excellent service, are very polite and always have a good attitude when serving their customers, I wish other Honduran restaurants would copy their service.
