I had a BAD EXPERIENCE today. IT'S NOT FAIR!! This is a place that has the characteristics of an ordinary menu, a very homemade typical lunch special, for 11 dollars in this area of Dover only that ITS PRICES ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN AN AMERICAN RESTAURANT WITH A LONG TABLECLOTH. ALSO THE ATTENTION IS TERRIBLE IN WAITING TIME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE OWNER HAS GETTING TOGETHER IN THE PREMISES WITH HER FRIENDS, AND THEY DISPLAY COSMETIC GOODS. EVEN WHEN THERE ARE CUSTOMERS. THEIR EMPLOYEES GIVE DISCOURTE ANSWERS. AND THE FOOD IS INCREASINGLY REDUCED. BUT THEY RAISE THEIR PRICES IN THE MENU WITHOUT ANNOUNCING AND WHEN PAYING THEY SAY THEY WERE BEFORE. THEIR PRICES ARE EXAGGERATED FOR THE TYPE OF MENU AND SERVICE. HE ALWAYS LOOKS DESOLATE AND NOW WE UNDERSTAND WHY. THEY CHARGED ME 11 DOLLARS FOR A JUICE THAT I PAID 6.00 THREE DAYS AGO IN THIS PLACE. WHEN ASKING THE ANSWER IS THAT THE FRUIT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE. AND AFTER THE FACT, BY GOING TO TAKE 4. DOLLARS INTO THE CAR, THEY HIT ME WITH DISRESPECT, AND THEY CALLED THE POLICE, I WAS SO OUTRAGED!!! This morning we were having breakfast with my mother here in this place, they usually double the price of the products without prior notice, they charged the orange juice at 11 dollars, they do not make the prices visible, when we went to pay the bill it was a total of 44 dollars, my mother paid 40 dollars and the rest she was going to bring back, while I was waiting inside the woman began to tell my mother that she was not going to pay and accused her excessively, yelling at her and accusing her that we were going to leave, when I was there sitting all the time, she called the police, intimidating us and accusing us, the service they provide seems terrible to me and much more so this unpleasant and absurd experience, in fact I also called the police because of the accident, what these people were doing, the truth is Because of this episode, my mother is hypertensive and her blood pressure rose to 210/88. I went on a day that was very full, but when I placed the order, they took a long time to bring the food. We ordered lunch of the day and stuffed arepa, where at 10 they brought the soup and the juices (yes, they were delicious) but time passed and we had already eaten the soup and nothing that the rest brought. For a moment I thought it was better to leave because they never came to tell us what time was left. Arrived with my wife for the first time for dinner. The three tables at the front needed cleaning. We asked one of the staff if she could wipe down one of the tables before we sat. She spoke to another person behind the counter who then ask us what we wanted. We repeated that the tables needed to be cleaned. With a very terrible disposition, the second person said to sit down and that the tables were clean. I wanted to make sure that she understood what the issue was so I explained. She again told me that they were clean....We left!
Excellent place. The food is delicious and the people who serve are very friendly. The name of the two chicha escapes me, they have black hair and are contagious with their smile and kindness.
