Do not call to place orders, the service is horrible and they hang up on you. The truth is that they are too lazy to attend.

Incredible what happened to my daughter in this place, I went to talk to her on October 8 to fix her tooth and I didn't have a concrete answer, only that Ivan was going to call. My daughter doesn't play with these issues, she is the Manager of a restaurant and obviously who is going to want to go and pay to have her tooth broken instead when she is super picky about food.
Bad service I definitely went to eat at this place last October 7th which was an unforgettable experience from the moment I bit into a piece of broken ceramic plate that I found on one of the plates in this place, my tooth which you can see is went bankrupt about the first sandwich I gave, I tried to solve this problem during the same week I went to eat trying to talk to the owner Hugo Landino who was not there I left my phone number even my mother went a day after what happened and left my number so I could talk to the owner. In the end I didn't get any response other than I was ignored due to a mistake the restaurant itself made. It is incredible that one goes to a restaurant to eat something and breaks a tooth and the place still believes that one has to pay for it. Very bad experience from that point on. I have been a customer of this place since it was located near Arepas Paisa and I never thought that they would not be responsible for what happened. If you go to this place, make sure you check your dish very carefully, lest you swallow a piece of the dish and still go to the hospital and they will tell you that you have to pay for it.
We decided to give a second chance to Monchys, and tonight we were there for dinner... again, the service was horrible. We waited so long to be served, for our food, the waitress never asked if we wanted another drink or about the food... actually, I had to go inside twice and ask for our server.when we get the check, we realize why he doesn't care because they add to our check (of two people) 18% of gratitude. We paid cash, so we avoided the extra charge for paying with card, and because they don't have coins, he just gave me a 5 dollar bill, instead of $5,18. I'm really disappointed and mad about this place.

Pay admission to a $50 salsa concert; I ordered a Macallan 12 year old double whiskey, they charged me $31.10 on my bill. I ordered another one like it and they charged me $41.47. This site leaves a lot to think about; Yes, I haven't taken anything; I don't know what awaits those who don't check their accounts; even worse for those who see them taken.

To be a Colombian restaurant, it has neither the quality nor the essence, nor the warm and friendly atmosphere of the Colombian... I think that the people who work in that place are more interested in the money but not the customer satisfaction... the customer service. The customer is terrible and the waiters spend their time on their cell phones or talking to each other, lack of professionalism

I loveee this place! We’ve been coming here for years and it just keeps improving and getting better than ever. Food is delicious as always, service is 10/10, and the atmosphere is amazing. We stopped by again today, and our waitress Jennifer was exceptional and the food was delicious!

I ordered online, a classic burger, with the special instructions of no bacon because of a previous allergic reaction to it. They said that they were going to remake my order because it did contain bacon, I waited 15-20 min more. When I opened my burger it still had bacon in it. ?terrible, they didn’t really listen or cared about it.

The food was too salty and I received almost 0 service. Meanwhile they automatically add in 18% tips for themselves in the bill. I guess there's no reason to take care of your table if you're guaranteed an 18% tip. Please check your bill, the credit card receipt asks for more tips. If you don't notice the self tipping you might end up tipping twice. I will not be returning.Side note: I'm not an unreasonable person. If they were busy, that's a reason why service might be lacking but when you're not busy and the service still sucks, that's on the wait staff. After the no service and seeing tipping baked into the bill, I feel absolutely disgusted. At least put up signs saying it's included somewhere
