Plaza Colombia Restaurant - Bar

I frequented Plaza Colombia a lot since I had had good experiences in the place, I highly recommended it to other people until Mr. Aldemar dared to feel he had the right to not let us go to a table where some friends were waiting for me, which was unoccupied. plus two more tables saying that he was not going to allow so many people to enter and that he was not going to leave anyone standing even though the majority of people were unoccupied standing, we were 14 people that he could have accommodated in the place, we consumed a lot, we were happy to celebrate and we looked for the place to do it, in addition to this, the suggestion was made due to the treatment of customers and in a disrespectful way, wanting to challenge, he said ok, it's not my problem, unfortunately I can no longer recommend this place.

Very bad service and treatment, both by security and waiters, and mainly by Aldemar. First time going and I won't be back. We were going to celebrate and they didn't let us all in because supposedly the table was only for 10 people and there were more of us, and there were empty tables that made it difficult for them to accommodate us if we were going to consume. But thank you for your bad attention. 💔

An unnecessarily bad treatment for us who wanted to celebrate our joy in the place and recommend it to the people we were going to take, Mr. Aldemar, an arrogant person who was not well prepared to be a host of a place, denied us entry even though there was plenty of space Apparently he doesn't care that there are clients in the place he works, since he is rudely on par with them, so they bore anyone, we will never return there.😞 Thank you for your terrible attention, look for better places where the customer comes first. Your money is worth it.

Unpleasant treatment by Mr. Aldemar. Before, he frequented the place quite a bit. Now I don't know what happened to the attention and the people from before are scaring away the clients. Mr. Aldemar is too bold with his vocabulary to respond to his clients. Place not to return to in Dover, shame.

Horrible attitude and nastiness towards customers.. empty tables we tried to go have an after party celebration for our friends and Aldemar was rude didn’t have good customer service. Not able to have a good time and didn’t appreciate being treated so poorly. The ambience seemed good but what a shame. I won’t come back no thank you such a waste!
You need to train your employees to provide high respectable customer service other wise your business won’t thrive ..

Terrible service from the guy at the entrance called Aldemar, he denied us entry even though they were waiting for us, we thought we would consume a lot since we were celebrating, it hurts the treatment, he needs education and service classes, I don't recommend returning to the place.

What bad service!!! It's a shame because the atmosphere seemed kind of good but the employees were terrifying!! Bad bad service!!!! Especially a certain Aldemar whose attitude, instead of communicating like a person, communicates like an animal! I won't be back thanks but no thanks. 💔

It was good or o.k. I am not Latin but my Latin friend loved it. I heard margaritas 🍹 are cheap.
