Today we went to eat at this place that we have visited for more than nine years. The food has always been good, no complaints until today. We ordered chicken, but it arrived burnt: both the breast and the wings were like a stick, almost unchewable. I called the waitress and she tells me that the chicken cooks for the same amount of time, that some parts of the oven are hotter than others. They did nothing to change it and seemed more concerned with making excuses than addressing my complaint. It's a shame, because one expects better service in a place that has been a favorite for so long.

1st Everytime I’m calling this place there’s a lady there who has the nastiest attitude ever. Second Everytime I order “un quarto de pollo” it has to be certain parts of chicken they don’t even let you choose or pay extra for it which at this point i don’t mind . When I come in to pay for my to go order the side sauce for the food should be complimentary atleast 1 but they charge you for each! They did not used to do this in the past i’ve gotten food here and there for the past 10 years im not sure if they changed ownership and got new hires but all they care about is money and don’t care about their clients .

I ordered the quarter chicken with a side of rice and a sweet plantain. Everything tasted great. The chicken was soft and juicy. Yes, I'd recommend it, and I definitely will return if I'm in the area.
