I went in the afternoon to buy 3 cappuccinos, which were a TOTAL DISASTER!! And I say disaster so as not to say a bad word, apart from the fact that the man who was serving me was throwing everything and looked stressed, desperate and grumpy. I took the cappuccinos and they were just whipped milk, I went back to the store and asked him to fix them and he said with a bad attitude that he couldn't change them and that he didn't know what to do, I told him to at least pour more coffee, and that's what he did. Anyway, I got a bitter taste from that cafeteria with the bad service and the rudeness of the man. I went on another occasion and it was a nice visit, a girl served me excellently, but this man damages the atmosphere of that cafeteria. They should choose their employees better, at least someone who knows how to prepare coffee and who has a better attitude.

Worst experience I’ve had in a while. The barista was super rude to us from the moment we walked in; giving us attitude because the door was open when still a few folks from our party were on their way in. Then again when one of our kids was politely asking to use the restroom, and then again when my father had questions about his latte. Barista kept making snarky comments under his breath about us, which was just uncalled for. We came here because of all the great reviews but left certain that we would never be back. Worst service ever. Coffee wasn’t that great either.

As soon as we walked in the barista treated us with attitude, was super rude to our son for a question and then made us a double shot coffee that had 99% milk in it. Worst coffee shop experience ever.

I really liked my first experience there. The manager was super nice and the pastries and smoothies were good...just a bit icey...I did wish that you would honor Joe Kubert Art Students as well...I would be glad to advertise this location for you guys!

Great little place to grab a coffee and pastry. The scone was so good I took a bite before taking a picture. WiFi is fast and the folks that work here are great! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a low key place to work or study.

It's a cute little coffee shop and has outside tables if you didn't want to sit inside. They also have a rewards program.

Usually come here for latte and it’s always delicious. We pick up some pastries occasionally. The quaintness of the place really adds to the experience here. The baristas are always very helpful and nice when we visit.

The coffee was amazing , the cookies delicious and croissants top tier , however the service was mediocre at best , justin i believe his name is (heard a older gentleman call him by name ) was very dry and gave off such a bad energy. Almost uncomfortable. We considered the banana bread which we notice that they had samples out . We asked to try it and he rudely states “ that’s what they are there for “ . A simple sure or absolutely or even a yes would have sufficed . It was just not a good interaction or experience. Me and my partner love’s coffee go out every day and trust new coffee spots . This would have definitely been our daily go to but with that kind of experience and service we will not be coming back which is extremely unfortunate because the coffee was phenomenal. If you don’t care about service I would 100% recommend trying it out you won’t be disappointed with the pastries or the coffee.

Was looking for an authentic coffee shop on our way back from NYC to Toronto. Found this spot en route NJ and decided to take a chance. Great coffee options and had a small cafe charm to it. Give it a go if you're in the area.
