Went in for a beer, got carded. Female bartender clearly was more interested in talking to the 1 other customer in there than serving me. She looked at my (legitimate, NJ state driver's license) and said "this looks nothing like you." Her exact words. First time anyone had carded me at a bar in 7 years, and first time ever someone turned down my legitimate, up to date, state issued license. Guess they're not interested in making money, or their staff needs some glasses (place was dark as hell in the middle of the day)
