Thier cc fee is closer to 10% then the 4% they tell you. I had 2 employees and the owner try explain it's just because the samwichs are expensive. I ended up paying cash. I get home and didn't get the right change and my sandwich were missing an egg. I shouldnt have to check my change at a place I go to regularly. It's the last time I'm going there

I ordered a flat bagel with Lox and lox speed ..I got changed $9.95 super expensive for a flat bagel ! When I got home I was shocked I don’t know if there Lox are made from gold or there just holding on the Lox for dear life ..This is embarrassing,,I strongly suggest to go to Wally’s Bagel down the street..

Been here twice and so far everything I've ordered has tasted really good. My favorite is their famous wrap and cole slaw. I think I can eat a whole tub of that coke slaw!

The store changed owners. The service is not the same and the entire old staff is gone. It takes forever to get food.. and that's if they even get your order correct. And try to call on a weekend? You're lucky if anyone bothers to answer the phone. The recipes have all changed, even the bagels... Very disappointing. I do not recommend this store. It's lackluster at best.

ordered an everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese ketchup salt and pepper- it was basically a ketchup sandwich I would include a picture but not sure how to do that. I do, however, know how to never come to this store again! They must have new owners- used to be excellent

The bagels are always fresh. Soft and chewable but still has a nice blistery outer layer! So delicious!! The staff is very personable and friendly! They always get the order right and I can't stress enough how yummy!! As a Brooklyn NY native, I take my bagels very seriously, and this place doesn't disappoint :) Trust me, try them out and you won't be disappointed!
