I had a very unfortunate experience. As a delivery driver, I went to go pick up the order and the lady at the front DID NOT LET ME USE HAND SANITIZER. As I was waiting for the order, I asked if I can use the hand sanitizer and the lady started using a very loud voice and said “NO NO NO IT’S ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS, YOU ARE A DASHER. I AM SORRY, THE OWNER IS HERE AND I CANNOT ALLOW YOU TO USE IT.” I was stunned to see how someone can display this level of pettiness that they cannot let someone use a drop of hand sanitizer. A business should respect anyone that walks inside their door with respect whether it’s a customer, a dasher(who can be a potential customer) or anyone who steps foot inside their business.

Food was not edible and absolutely disgusting! Ended up throwing it out. The chicken was so old and stale. we got food poisoning. also had a strange chemical taste. What are you serving people?? The place is a mess too.

Crab Rangoon Shrimp Tempura Boneless Spare Ribs General Tso’s Chicken Broccoli with Garlic Sauce
I previously posted about this location and I’m back to explore some more appetizers and dinner combination plates.
The crab rangoon was stuffed with cream cheese. It was crispy on the outside and piping hot on the inside. The sweet and sour dipping sauce really added flavor to this starter.
There’s no way you will lose your temper when you explore the shrimp tempura because it was that good! This deep fried shrimp was dipped in tempura batter with the perfect crunchiness.
If you aren’t a fan of bones in your meat, try the boneless spare ribs. These tiny little slabs of pork are tender and juicy smothered in a savory sauce.
If you need a mild spicy kick, general tso’s chicken will do the trick. The hearty chunks of chicken are breaded and tossed in a tangy sauce.
Take a break from meat and try the broccoli with garlic sauce. This vegetarian plate was rich in flavor and is just as filling as their non-vegetarian options.

The first time I thought oh mistakes happen but to have it happen a second time tells me something isn't right about how they practice sanitation in the kitchen. I am so disappointed because the food was incredible.

Normally order from Chinese on Washington Ave unfortunately they are closed on Mondays while having a movie night my guy friend and I ordered Chinese only for me to find different strands of hair inside my chicken and broccoli I called immediately by the way they started whispering and handled the situation I can tell this wasn’t the first time they got a call re:hair inside the food. I delivered but offered to return the food, only for them to say they don’t refund I can have a free order for the next time. Who eats from filth 👎

I love them and i barely know them! The lady that answers the phone is so sweet, has a great personality, she is very patient and polite! The food is DELICIOUS! So far i have never had any issues with my food , the customer service experience or even the wait time for delivery! Their restaurant is very clean and big!
As far as the cooks and staff- AMAZING!!! Everyone is actually very friendly! They are always smiling and the aura feels welcoming when you walk in! They all greet you and they also have really great personalities on or off the phone .

We ordered dinner for a family of 4. When we got home the egg roll was edible and the white rice. The lo mein was mushy like saggy noodles. The general tso chicken had no spice and was like mango chicken. The shrimp fried rice was white rice with shrimp no scallions no eggs not even one bean sprout. I spoke to the manger and wanted a refund they said no. Don't go here !! They don't care about the quality they put out or customer service.

Please check your bank accounts! This place keeps playing with the price and will end up charging you what they want without notice, including the drivers adding whatever tip amount they want without authorization from the buyer. Bad attitudes, fraudulent, burnt food had to throw out.
