Each time I order from Pelicana it is an excellent experience. The food is delicious and the staff is very helpful. This time they called me because they had a concern about my order and were able to cancel the order and fix it and it was still ready in time for my party. My favorite is the bone in wings tossed w/sweet and spicy sauce…yumm. Highly recommend for a to go dinner or for a party

I ordered for take out and my chicken was not double fried or cooked through. Some pieces of chicken were raw and the breading was soggy after 10 minutes of being in the bag. They changed the recipe for the pickled radish. It’s overly sweet and the aftertaste was very bitter. I also ordered soy garlic and they gave me honey garlic instead. And I ordered snow cheese on another order of chicken and there was barely any on the chicken that it absorbed into the breading with whatever sauce they shouldn’t have put on my snow cheese chicken. I get pelicana all the time, here in NJ and in NY, and this was my first time ordering with the new management at this location. Very disappointed with my experience since this is not usually how pelicana does their chicken.

I love Pelicana as a local chicken restaurant. The ugly sandwiches are super tasty and the turn around time on orders is very quick.
This is for the most part a take out restaurant, with a very convenient parking right out front.
Ordered the crispy wings with Buffalo sauce on the side, boneless dark meat wings, Cajun shrimp salad, chicken salad, bulgogi quesadillas, calamari, dumplings, honeydew bubble tea, and everything was delicious! Definitely coming back!

Ordered BULGOGI.. As a KOREAN, I'm ashamed. SOGGY, tasted like BOILED... WHOEVER cooked this last week, DEFINITELY not KOREAN and YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. NO FLAVOR AFTER BOILING STEAK. NEW MANAGEMENT!!!
I ordered the original (no sauce), crispy (honey garlic), and boneless (honey garlic) and enjoyed them all. My food took a little longer than estimated but they were really nice and gave me an order of fries for waiting. The chicken is flavorful and tender and the skin crispy. The honey garlic sauce was unexpectedly peppery. It was good, but i have a low tolerance for spice so i wish i knew before ordering. Overall, will definitely order again!
