I’ll be honest I got there right when they weee about to close. They were very warm people, and decided to give me the service at the last minute! Great service! Went for the Americano and blended it with an Oreo muffin, best combo there is! Mahesh attended me, gave me a small sample of their new ice cream machine, and even gave me a little bean candy with my coffee, that they say “they do for every order”. Everyone, come out and stop spending your bucks at ⭐️bucks and support this local business!

I’ve honestly only had the matchas from here, and i’ve seen a drastic change in the recipe. I don’t know exactly what differences were made, but the matcha has been milky and barely green.

I’ll give 5 stars for the excellent service and I like going here because it’s in a convenient location. Please keep in mind that this morning I ordered three drinks with one of them being hot coffee with cream and sugar. Please make sure the milk is good. Something was a bit off but not a big issue.

I love this place. I usually get the frozen coffee (granita). They have many flavors of syrups to choose from for beverages. They also always have a big and interesting selection of fresh cupcakes. My personal favorite is the cannoli one.
In addition to great coffee and desserts, the service is fantastic. A really great group of people, I always leave with a smile.

I recently moved to Dumont, and The Human Bean has quickly become one of my favorite spots! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a cozy and vibrant atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The warm lighting and comfortable seating make it the perfect place to unwind, study, or catch up with friends.
Their coffee selection is outstanding, with rich flavors that show real attention to quality. Whether you’re a fan of a classic espresso or prefer something unique, there’s a drink for every taste. Plus, the little touch of including a chocolate-covered espresso bean with every drink adds a special treat that always brightens my day.
Their bakery items are equally impressive, with everything fresh and delicious. My personal favorite is the croissant – it’s flaky, buttery, and just the right balance of crisp and soft. You can taste the quality in every bite, and it’s become my go-to treat whenever I stop by.

I've recently visited this place and instantly became my fav spot. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and suggested me a good coffee (pumpkin snowy mocha). Also the pasteris especially cupcakes and croissant are mouth watering. I would highly recommend this place

I have visited about 6 times or more, I was hoping this be my spot for the next decade I live in Bergenfield.
Unfortunately, I have no tolerance for bad service. I ordered the energy drink for a second time in two days.
The first time I ordered it without ice and it caused some disturbance in the staff. The person in charge seemed to be disturbed and looked in my direction. They explained my 32 oz would be 24 without ice and I stated "Ok".
The next day I ordered the drink and the manager from before looked out to see who made the order. It seemed (assuming) the manager gave the directive to disregard my request and give me ice. When I got the drink I immediately stated I said "no ice". The person deviously smiled and said oh the drink was half filled, then exited to the back.
Suggestion to the owner, I understand how the business works but don't sacrifice service. Other renown business have better practices towards this. JUST CHARGE ME EXTRA or say it's not an option. Give me choices don't just ignore my request, that was crazy. Please don't do that to other customers, they may not be as kind to just leave.
