Hey so I literally never post reviews ever but this was my first time going to this place and i swear to you I’ve never had a drier cupcake. I ordered one of the purple ones and not only was it just pure sugar but i could FEEL it going down my throat at like 1 mph. Workers are super nice but not the fastest — i wouldnt even be writing this if it was just how dry it is, but its also just how overpriced it is

I’ve been a customer here since it was called zais, very disappointed with this new era of “JJ’s.” The quality of everything has downgraded, including the cleanliness. I ordered a simple drink, which took around 30-40 minutes to prepare and nobody was even at the cashier when I arrived, took at least 10 minutes for someone to actually take my order, just for my order to be mediocre and warm.

Cozy, warm and welcoming ambience!! The new owners made a difference. I’ve been waiting for this to happen in Bergenfield.
I tried one of their smoothies; fresh, flavorful made with ice cream and S’mores Brownie.Mmmm. Delightful!!

The cashier guy is texting in front of us. It's weird that their bubble tea doesn't come with ice, warm and it tasted very watery. Disappointed with our first try.

I have been coming here almost every morning for my breakfast and matcha for the last 5 months, they are always so kind. I got my coworkers hooked and they also come here every other day. They recently changed their hours so we are bummed that we cant get to enjoy their food and drinks in the early morning. They have such a huge selections, they definitely have something for everyone!

Dietary restrictions: They have a vegan sausage and cheese which is 100% vegan that I love!

GOOD VALUE. Boba tea's are typically over-priced especially at Gong Cha.($7). Frosty Cafe has them for $5 and theirs taste much better. This is going to be my daughter's go-to boba house!
