Love their Boba Sundae! Tried it using TooGoodToGo app. The staff are nice and the place is clean. I got 3 Boba Sundae for 5.99$.😊👍
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I first waited over 20 minutes for a bubble waffle and crepe, I was served 2 crepes because the employee messed up my waffle. Secondly the Nutella crepe I order was a plain crepe with nothing inside. I had cut it open to show the employee it was empty. Instead of receiving a new one I was handed the imagine attached to this review. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your money on these overpriced crepes!!!!

Hey so I literally never post reviews ever but this was my first time going to this place and i swear to you I’ve never had a drier cupcake. I ordered one of the purple ones and not only was it just pure sugar but i could FEEL it going down my throat at like 1 mph. Workers are super nice but not the fastest — i wouldnt even be writing this if it was just how dry it is, but its also just how overpriced it is
I’ve been a customer here since it was called zais, very disappointed with this new era of “JJ’s.” The quality of everything has downgraded, including the cleanliness. I ordered a simple drink, which took around 30-40 minutes to prepare and nobody was even at the cashier when I arrived, took at least 10 minutes for someone to actually take my order, just for my order to be mediocre and warm.
Cozy, warm and welcoming ambience!! The new owners made a difference. I’ve been waiting for this to happen in Bergenfield.
I tried one of their smoothies; fresh, flavorful made with ice cream and S’mores Brownie.Mmmm. Delightful!!

The cashier guy is texting in front of us. It's weird that their bubble tea doesn't come with ice, warm and it tasted very watery. Disappointed with our first try.
