Our group of five stopped by after dinner, after seeing the many 5star reviews. To put it frankly, the bubble teas were awful. The drinks were all so pumped full of sugar, it was nauseating.
For example, I ordered the Rose Bubble Tea, and requested to have 0% sugar. To compensate for the 0% sugar, the worker must have pumped Rose Syrup into the cup 20 times....that was how sweet the drink tasted. I wish I took the few bad reviews seriously.
That being said, the boba pearls were cooked well with good taste and texture, and the ladies behind the counter were very sweet and provided excellent service. There was a lot of thought in making the atmosphere with cutesy decor. My recommendation to future customers who are not sugar fiends is to specify exactly how many pumps of syrup / spoons of sugar you want your drink to have.

Great little boba shop in Dunellen. Super friendly service and good vibes all around. I will have to bring my daughter next time because she is the boba expert. The Uber banana pudding was very smooth and enjoyable.

A very cozy boba cafe, with delicious drinks and treats! There's always adorable & pretty paintings chibi characters on the glass and inside too. The texture of the tapioca is always perfect, the flavors are all amazing, & the texture of the tea is super satisfying. Everything is a 10/10 and the drinks are affordable.
