Very good food. Whole chicken was moist, and the rice was well-cooked. I enjoyed the accompaniment of pickled vegetables. French fries were not very crispy but still delicious due to soaking up juices of chicken.The environment, including restroom, was very clean. Fast service.

The owner is very rude and extremely unprofessional. They don't listen or can't comprehend very well becuse they can't speak the correct English while trying to take and order over the phone. I called and ask for chicken noodle soup like broth due to the fact that I had just had surgery and needed some chicken broth or chicken soup . When I got home it was chicken cream with spinach soup. I called to inform them about it and the owner threatened to call the police becuse I told her that I wanted a full refund becuse that is not what I ordered. However, we went back and forth about it and the issue still wasn't resolved. I will not support this restaurant ever again and would advise to others that if you speak up they will threatened to call the cops rather than make it right. You obviously need to take some English classes and learn how to speak correctly and add some management skills in there as well becuse you need them (girlfriend) on how to learn how to speak correctly and treat your customers fairly in a township and community of minority people.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Dunellen in 2009 I moved back to Newark area a few years later. I keep making the trip here because they are the best hands down when it comes to Brazilian style bbq. I’ve never had a bad experience either with the food or service. There are tons of Brazilian bbq’s in Essex County but none even come close to this little spot in a town most people never heard of. The Red Velvet & Tres Leche cakes are equally as good as the food.

Take out the place that was recommended to us. We stopped and got empandas, which were really good. The hard part was choosing since they have a wide selection. But their main business is BBQue meat, and even 30 minutes before closing, they were still pretty busy cooking.
