The pupusas are very delicious and everything is very delicious but the waitresses only come to your table once and don't come back again and you want more or ask for more and hey they don't agree

They should improve a little in the takeout because they serve in a piece of aluminum

My experience when I went here, is everyone was looking at me like what was I doing there. I stood at the counter for a long time, the workers acted like I was invisible. So I left. I wish I could have tried the food, but I'm never going back. That treatment felt very uncomfortable ??‍♀️

The food is good but the service is super bad, I must be extremely hungry to go to that place again; The waiters prefer to be on their cell phones and not serve customers, when ordering through a phone call it is also a problem, there is one lady in particular who never takes my order as it should be; They should help her and teach her how to take the order.

They are always rude. Hair in my soup, when I brought it back he had the nerve to complain I didn’t bring the side dish of rice it came with. Not only was it disgusting a huge hair tangled up in the vegetables of the soup which completely killed my appetite but I had to use gas to drive back just to hear him complain about the rice not being brought back incomplete. That is ridiculous. Don’t eat here.

I come here every other week. And have also read some of the reviews on here. So here is my detailed opinion.The food here flavor wise is great. I enjoy the pupusas, tomales, and tacos. I have tried other entries with skirt steaks, and the flavors are great.Never dined inside so I can’t say much with serversCustomer service: is VERY up and down.In the beginning, there was a young man that would be at the front and also pick up the phone. Spoke English well, and super friendly. He made me feel very welcomed and his customer service was amazing.Then the women started working the phones and the front.They barely speak EnglishThey have long side conversations with coworkers while I wait to be assisted, and friendliness, there is none because they don’t greet you, they just stare at you until you say something.I agree with the standardized receipt as they only have the total amount, and not a detailed receipt of the items you paid for.Menu pricing is different online than the paper menu. I asked them about it and they said they changed it. (But never updated it and it’s been over 6 months; and still the same..different online than the paper menu.The women in the back that cook just stare, and I don’t mean 5-10 sec stares. I mean 1 woman was staring at me for so long I felt like she was trying to cast a spell on me. Not a good feeling.I give this place a 3 because they need a lot of improvement for customer service.
