I come here every other week. And have also read some of the reviews on here. So here is my detailed opinion.The food here flavor wise is great. I enjoy the pupusas, tomales, and tacos. I have tried other entries with skirt steaks, and the flavors are great.Never dined inside so I can’t say much with serversCustomer service: is VERY up and down.In the beginning, there was a young man that would be at the front and also pick up the phone. Spoke English well, and super friendly. He made me feel very welcomed and his customer service was amazing.Then the women started working the phones and the front.They barely speak EnglishThey have long side conversations with coworkers while I wait to be assisted, and friendliness, there is none because they don’t greet you, they just stare at you until you say something.I agree with the standardized receipt as they only have the total amount, and not a detailed receipt of the items you paid for.Menu pricing is different online than the paper menu. I asked them about it and they said they changed it. (But never updated it and it’s been over 6 months; and still the same..different online than the paper menu.The women in the back that cook just stare, and I don’t mean 5-10 sec stares. I mean 1 woman was staring at me for so long I felt like she was trying to cast a spell on me. Not a good feeling.I give this place a 3 because they need a lot of improvement for customer service.

Two words - very good!From the food to the service, they were very good.A friend of mine highly recommended this restaurant and I agree.While there is an option for take out, it is recommended to dine in. The reason is the food's taste. I had tried it when my friend brought it to work and it was good but having it fresh in the restaurant is a whole other experience. The pupusas taste good, I recommend them.but the problem is that the waiters are very slow to serveI don't know why those who were there changedThey were very friendly, they were always attentive when you were eating, they came to ask if everything was okay.But now they don't even clean the tables ?

Pupusas are great! However, very limited space to sit and you can expect a long wait time for your food. Also, they do not provide you with a itemized receipt so you never know exactly what you are being charged for the food you order unless you calculate it yourself. Bathrooms are always clean and the staff can be a hit or miss with friendliness it depends who serves you since there's high turnover.

One lady is in the cashier, and the same lady is the waitress! she is multitasking... and the place is very messy and dirty tables!!I ordered 3 pupusas and 3 tacos to go,since the big messy place!!...my waiting time was 45 min .I don't recommend the tacos!Good luck if you go there!!

Food is good until we found a hair on our food and we kindly ask them to change our plates so they did but, Wife also order a soup to go for one of her doctors and their was also a hair on the rice. Never again eating on this place. We understand a mistake but to do it to us on purpose.
Food took long and wasn't good. Its pretty hard to mess up a bean and cheese pupusa, but they did. This spot used to be good, not any more.
