I lived in Dunellen 1965 to 1978. The pizza is perfect! I was in Toms River visiting family and had to head up to the town. My uncle owned 8 on the break back then. (Ed) It was closed but I did get 2 slices of perfection for lunch at Rome Pizza. It took me back to the days I lived there. Thank you!
Consistently, amazing pizza. Good prices and friendly family. Also, John is great, especially if u wanna try something new. He can do thin crust, half white/half regular, etc. Just tried Nonna’ Sicilian; wow, absolutely delicious.
Today, my daughters and I got a pizza for the first time, it was delicious and they have good prices. Definitely we’ll be back soon.

Old school pizza place. Big fan of their style of classic pizza. Very tasty. Crispy but not dry, baked to perfection. Price is reasonable. Love the counter and old signs. Bonus arcade next door.
Parking: If you’re quick you can park out front. Usually a spot along the street if you’re patient.

Great pizza! Slice or any size, the crust is so good, the edge crispy and I enjoy the melted cheese with each bite. Sometimes, I go here just for the garlic sticks and the marinara sauce.They have a great prices for their pizza/drink combo.Their pizza dough is always available.I fry pieces of it at home to make zeppoles.
