This restaurant close, and they allow you to put online orders.The customer service do no help you to cancel the order, and they ask you to go back to the website to cancel - which is impossible because the website tell you to call the restaurant to cancel and the restaurant is closed!

Place is so dumpy outside. Weeds, overgrown grass, garbage . Super run down. I tried to order nuggets which is on 1/3 of menu . They don't carry nuggets.Ordered Mac n cheese which dripped all over when I took it out if the generic grocery store bag. Runny rotelli in greasy cheese like sauce- yuck.This place is closing for sure. Don't risk it.

Entire order was messed up - wrong sides - wrong main course style - forgotten sides - corn bread was hard (either stale or overcooked)Sides are extremely expensive for the small amount you get - will not return as I did not receive an adequate refund

This location seems to have gone downhill from when i was here a year ago. The air-conditioning never seems to be on. Making the building hot and leaving a bad smell in the air. It seems clean.

Inedible!!! Ordered large mash and large sweet potatoes in drive thru. Was given half containers of both. The potatoes were like a very thin soup. And tasted like watery salty flour. Just tasting it upset my stomach. Thrown out!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Ordered delivery through one of the popular apps, and the restaurant screwed up a pretty simple order, swapping items and leaving things out. Pure sadness. Chicken was dry and rubbery. Mashed potato and gravy were watery and sour. Corn was shriveled up pellets. Mac n cheese was a clumped mess. Friendly workers hence even one star.

My husband just picked up from there 20 mins ago and omg idk what this is. The chicken is definitely not the signature recipe. It tastes so much like lemon.. the skin is inedible because of the taste. The meat was juicy but not the Boston market recipe. The corn bread was stale, dry and tasteless. Again nothing like the signature Boston market corn bread. The mashed potatoes taste like the 1$ packets of instant potatoes. Super buttery overwhelming taste. The gravy was brown water. The containers weren’t even the standard containers you get from them either. Everything just seems off. AVOID! I have to get rid of 40$ of food because it’s salty and completely inedible. I never leave reviews but Boston Market should be ashamed to associate with this store. And I’m not even mentioning the rudeness of the man at the drive thru.. will never be returning.
