I Order a large fry for my son 12/2/25 and after getting back on rt10, we open bag, fries were burned and cold. Now there is no u turn you have to go drive around rt 10 to get back to Burger King location which takes 5 to 10 minutes specially on rainy day it can take longer. Now I went back to request for new fries and the guy has nerve to say some people like extra crispy fries. I told him as we drove we check fries, fries were burned and cold. He is like it’s already pass 9 minutes “with eye rolling attitude” such a bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Corporate should check this location and teach staff customer curtsey. 0 for customer service.

Very poor customer service! Ordered via the drive thru and was asked to wait in the parking lot while they get me my order. Nobody did for about 10 minutes or even more and when I drove back up they did not even seem to remember and acted as if nobody cared. I understand this is just fast food and the order was maybe 5 bucks but every job needs to be performed with certain standards and ethics and this was definitely below par. Also, did not receive my receipt.

Nice to have BK back in this side of Rt 10. I visited yesterday and was impressed with the new layout. They have on site kiosk for ordering food and got my order within 10 minutes. Got the new Crispy Onion Whopper and got to say it's my new favorite burger. Will come here again👍

I’m sitting here right now waiting for a whopper. We’ve already had breakfast. It was awesome. Staff is friendly. Efficient food was top-notch. Coffee was surprisingly robust, who knew?. Five stars!

New location, place is very spacious and clean. Not crowded at all. My only complaint was that it took 20 minutes to get our order of two combo meals and some nuggets. There were only two dine ins, two takeaways and the occasional drive-through orders. 20 minutes is way too long for a fastfood outlet that is almost empty.
