The food was relatively expensive but you got a decent portion. It's too bad the service was abysmal. We only saw one staff member smile the entire time, and the meßed up our order twice.

We brought a large group here before heading to the Polar Express train ride, and the restaurant could not have been more accommodating! The staff was warm, organized, and incredibly patient with our excited crew. Our meals came out quickly and perfectly prepared, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. They made the whole experience feel festive and stress-free — exactly what we hoped for on a special holiday outing. Highly recommend for both small dinners and big gatherings! Santa and Mrs Claus even made a surprise visit and they couldn’t have been more welcoming!

The potato skins were absolutely delicious — perfectly crisp on the outside, warm and flavorful inside, and loaded with just the right toppings. Paired with their Bloody Mary, it was a total win. The drink was bold, well-seasoned, and had that perfect balance of spice and freshness. Together, it made for such a satisfying combo. Highly recommend!

The service was poor , our server seemed distracted and not focused at all. We only saw her when she took our order and then again at the very end. At one point, while she was passing by, I asked for a drink and never got it. The food took a long time to come out / a pie and 2 Mac& cheese. Overall, not a good experience, seems the place is understaffed the bartender was the one that brought us the pie. Table next to us also had some issues. Check#77 table 80.

Typically a big fan of this place especially on the weekends. My friends and i love coming here for the breakfast pizza and bottomless mimosas. We were running a little behind schedule so I called just to simply ask if we got there at 2, would they still honor our two hours of bottomless even though the event ends at 3? While the manager did say he would honor it if we showed up and i do appreciate that, the man who answered the phone seemed very bothered by the question I was asking. He forgot to put me on hold and I heard his background chatter complaining that he “hates questions like these” and was very annoyed in a simple question. A simple “no” could have sufficed!
