I asked for twice the portion for every condiment and still ended up getting a bowl that’s half filled. This is in person order and I had to asked multiple times for more food because each scoop was ridiculously small.

You first ran out of white rice that added 10 minutes wait Second you were about to run out of chicken so you started reducing portions. Third when I step over for billing the person handling my order skip few items that I asked for.
I come home and the portions are 1/2 of what it used to be.
If you are planning to visit this place , do yourself a favor skip this place and drive to the next chipotle on route.

Don't waste your time going here, the staff at this location is horrible and super stingy. Must be the manager causing issues. Even for a vegetarian bowl they put one tiny scoop of guacamole and want to charge double if you ask them for a little bit more.

We are regulars at Chipotle in West Orange NJ but that store has their ice machine broken quite often. Recalling the same, we visited East Hanover location this time and it wasn’t bad. The servers were kind. However, the location at East Hanover is sometimes out of regular fountain drink cups forcing you to buy the large cups instead. The difference in $$$ is not that much but still, you don’t need a large cup with a decent meal.
There was a slight hiccup where the cashier forgot to put the fountain drink cups in our bag but upon requesting, apologized and gave us the cups immediately.

I have been coming to this place for some time, but the cleanliness and service have been steadily declining. Employees speak Spanish, laughing and shouting all the time. Sometimes it feels like they are making fun of customers, but who knows… Overall, it feels like cattle-type treatment. I know this is meant to be fast food and not a five-star restaurant, but setting a higher standard would benefit the business.
