We are regulars at Chipotle in West Orange NJ but that store has their ice machine broken quite often. Recalling the same, we visited East Hanover location this time and it wasn’t bad. The servers were kind. However, the location at East Hanover is sometimes out of regular fountain drink cups forcing you to buy the large cups instead. The difference in $$$ is not that much but still, you don’t need a large cup with a decent meal.
There was a slight hiccup where the cashier forgot to put the fountain drink cups in our bag but upon requesting, apologized and gave us the cups immediately.

I have been coming to this place for some time, but the cleanliness and service have been steadily declining. Employees speak Spanish, laughing and shouting all the time. Sometimes it feels like they are making fun of customers, but who knows… Overall, it feels like cattle-type treatment. I know this is meant to be fast food and not a five-star restaurant, but setting a higher standard would benefit the business.

I ordered a salad to be delivered, and ONCE AGAIN didn't get the dressing it comes with that I ordered.. the bag is sealed so it's not the driver. When I call to complain I can't get in touch with the store. You need to be checking your orders are right.
This is one of those Chipotle locations who don't skimp on the portions. Every single time, every ingredient in your bowl or burrito is of generous quantity.

Come here 3 times a month. It is one of my favorite restaurants that are quick and fast. I love the steak, corn, white rice, and beans together. The employees need me to replay my words at least two times most of the times though.
