Must say, one of the few reviews that I have giving a 5 star review for that is not from my eyes, but from that of a 5 year old.
Arrived when they first opened during a holiday week and the place was empty at first, but soon started filling up. Did a package deal that included pizza, drinks, entry into adventure zone, and 120 game points that we were able to divide up amongst those in attendance.
It was a fun filled afternoon with my nephew, niece, and daughter celebrating my nephews birthday. They played lots of different games and had a blast. While an additional charge, the adventure zone offered trampolines and a slide / obstacle course. With the package we had, included admission, despite the crowds, there was no attendant and it was basically a free for all with kids running amuck with shoes on and without the required wrist band and no slip socks offered as part of the package. Next time will have to consider of upcharge is worth it when it goes unregulated.
Pizza comes out and it is self serve waiting under heat lamps. In the eyes of a 5 year old, pizza was great and hit the spot ready to refuel for round 2 playing games.
All in all, it was a perfect afternoon. Most importantly, kids of all ages (5 years - 19 years) had a blast and that is all that matters.
As far as the pizza goes, it is not my favorite pizza by far. It was overpriced and just is not my go to slice. Did I eat it, off course I did. Did it have some flop, absolutely, was it not cut consistently, absolutely.
If given the opportunity to go there again with my nephew, I would not think twice about going again in a heartbeat. If I was craving pizza, would i go here for my fix, absolutely not.
Perfect indoor places for kids and adults family time.
Great price for an arcade, unlimited 1 hr!! Pizza is ok, good for kids but I don't care for it. Staff has been rude every time I've gone especially the staff covering the registers. Always plenty of parking.
Recently visited Chuck E Cheese, staff was EXTREMELY nice and welcoming. I don´t remember but she has burgundy hair and braces, definitely deserves a raise for her hard work that I saw!
Great place nice and clean.
Manager was awesome so friendly and nice !most staff nice too, one staff member dressed in all black not sure what her job description.came in to play not hello let me see your hand lol with my kids while she's on FaceTime ,like hello ..same girl when my 3 year old went to jump no we didn't pay so his older brother was getting him off walks over rudely says something to my baby instead of me standing there then says to other parents that just paid my manager said to lock it ,not I'm sorry you can get a refund just stares at them , I then say get your refund . Like come on if you're not standing there to watch who comes in and out and kids do just go in it's a different way about going to get them out , you work in a place with kids. Have some patients and let's not try to make the costumers uncomfortable .. overall it's chuckie cheese will be back, but hire staff that know how to run things when a manager leaves
They always have fun here.
Great place to enjoy the day with your kids!
I haven’t been to Chuck E Cheese in years. I brought my kids on 8/21/25. Because of The Manager and Staff at the East Hanover location I will be throwing my kids parties here and telling all my friends to come here too. The level of service and courtesy was top notch! Best experience I’ve had at a child’s indoor play place.
Great place for kids . Exciting environment for a group and families . Not expensive also the pizza is recycled.
Restaurantji Recommends
They should charge five dollar or less they don’t go to the trampoline all the time
All good. Soda fountains out of syrup from open time. All good

Chuck E Cheese on Rt 10 is the one that my family loves the most. It's spacious and has a 2nd floor which holds some games for the 8 and over kids. Its clean, the food is great, staff is great and it's near other family fun attractions to make it a win win.

We came here because it was supposed to be bigger than the rest. Yes it may be larger but there is hardly any games there. Won’t be coming back
