I haven’t been to Chuck E Cheese in years. I brought my kids on 8/21/25. Because of The Manager and Staff at the East Hanover location I will be throwing my kids parties here and telling all my friends to come here too. The level of service and courtesy was top notch! Best experience I’ve had at a child’s indoor play place.
Great place for kids . Exciting environment for a group and families . Not expensive also the pizza is recycled.
They should charge five dollar or less they don’t go to the trampoline all the time
All good. Soda fountains out of syrup from open time. All good
Was there for a birthday party....food wasn't it best usually on point but not that day

Chuck E Cheese on Rt 10 is the one that my family loves the most. It's spacious and has a 2nd floor which holds some games for the 8 and over kids. Its clean, the food is great, staff is great and it's near other family fun attractions to make it a win win.

We came here because it was supposed to be bigger than the rest. Yes it may be larger but there is hardly any games there. Won’t be coming back

Chuck E, you need to get your bathrooms together! I thought the one that used to on Rt 22 was bad but jeesh Rt 10 is just as bad. Other than that its great.

Excellent place for kids to hangout for a birthday party. My 2 years old enjoyed and made good memories.

At the request of my young son, who begged me for Chuck-E-Cheese for his birthday today, I ordered the Party Pack through Uber Eats, which he personally selected from the options. He was looking forward to it for several days, as I set it as a pre-order for delivery for the time he gets home.
The package is advertised as 2 large 1 topping pizzas, a round Birthday cake, 3 goody bags, 3 cotton candies, a small plush toy, 1,000 e-tickets, and 30 points to use later.
He excitedly answered the door only to be upset, as none of the party fun materials were included. Only the pizzas and cake were there. Completely absent were the 3 goody bags, 3 cotton candies, small plush toy, 1,000 e-tickets, and 30 points. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! Both him and his brother were very very very upset. What was supposed to be a fun birthday celebration that they looked forward to became a birthday disaster of 2 crying children.
This was such a disappointment for what I expected to be the highlight of his day. To top things off, when I complained to Uber (which must be through automated AI), I was told they could not help me as the order was placed more than 2 days ago (as it was a pre-order in advance).
Please never make this mistake for any other child in the future. This is a memory I hope they forget.
