At the request of my young son, who begged me for Chuck-E-Cheese for his birthday today, I ordered the Party Pack through Uber Eats, which he personally selected from the options. He was looking forward to it for several days, as I set it as a pre-order for delivery for the time he gets home.
The package is advertised as 2 large 1 topping pizzas, a round Birthday cake, 3 goody bags, 3 cotton candies, a small plush toy, 1,000 e-tickets, and 30 points to use later.
He excitedly answered the door only to be upset, as none of the party fun materials were included. Only the pizzas and cake were there. Completely absent were the 3 goody bags, 3 cotton candies, small plush toy, 1,000 e-tickets, and 30 points. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! Both him and his brother were very very very upset. What was supposed to be a fun birthday celebration that they looked forward to became a birthday disaster of 2 crying children.
This was such a disappointment for what I expected to be the highlight of his day. To top things off, when I complained to Uber (which must be through automated AI), I was told they could not help me as the order was placed more than 2 days ago (as it was a pre-order in advance).
Please never make this mistake for any other child in the future. This is a memory I hope they forget.

Writing to express my disappointment with the service I received on 1/26/2025 7:30 PM at your Route 10 East Hanover, NJ store. I ordered a pizza and when I opened the box, I was shocked to find that the pizza was covered with hair. This is not only extremely unappetizing but also completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Manager didn’t even apologize for the mistake.
As a customer, I expect basic sanitation standards to be followed, and this experience has left me questioning the quality of service at your restaurant.
I hope this matter is taken seriously, as no one should ever have to deal with such an unpleasant and unsanitary situation.

This was my first time at this Chuckie Cheese. It's 2 floors. I was expecting it to be bigger when looking from the outside. They have great games and stuff for the kids to do, similar to other locations. My kids loved the Ninja Turtle game they have at this location. The workers were attentive. There were 5 parties going on, but the kids were still able to play the games. Overall great location! We didn't get any food but the pizza smelled good! Lastly, parking wasn't the best but there is a parking deck that is shared with AMC. Deck is a short 2 minute walk.

I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese in almost 9 years, boy how things have changed. The food has always been expensive, but it keeps getting worse. Now for this particular visit. What is the point of a kid check stand if it's going to be unattended? I spent there about an hour not once was an employee there for more than 1 min. I had to wait several minutes to be let in, and walked out with my child without anyone checking, so did the family behind me. Now customer service, well let say these employees are getting pay to not smile, and ignore you when you're right in their faces asking them a question. The trampoline thing, that's new. We'll it was wide open. I could have just walked in and had my daughter play. A few games down, but that's usual. Oh and it doesn't cost much to replace the safety belts on the games in the toddler section. You can find them in Amazon for goodness sake. Anyway. The good thing is that my daughter is only 16 month old and didn't mind any of these nuance, so at least she had fun. It seem to me this store was under staffed or poor managed, regardless all these can improved.

Worst Chucky Cheese I have been in my life!!!!!
It’s a shame that such a good brand has a terrible staff and by the way so few people working that not even Chucky was available , and after asking several times it finally came out for literally 4 minutes.
Then food took for ever to be ready and at the end my daughter was 1 point short of a gift and I was asked to buy 100 tokens that I didn’t .
Better not to come to a place that is not ready to receive no one
, that there is no interest for the customer !!!!look for other choices

Terrible and I wish I never visit again. Overpriced for a wholesale birthday party. And the long queue to get anything.

Went after getting a Groupon for the unlimited family pass, the pizza was actually pretty good! The arcades were a hit for the kids but you can tell the chain is a fraction of what it once was. There was a lot of empty space where games used to be…

I visited this Chuck E. Cheese location for the first time after having good experiences at other venues in the chain, but unfortunately, this one did not meet expectations. The staff’s service was disappointing, especially the two young employees who attended me. Their attitude was unpleasant and unprofessional from the start.
In a place designed for kids and families, it’s essential to have friendly and welcoming staff. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but that should not be reflected in the way customers are treated. I hope in the future they focus on better training or hiring staff with a more positive attitude to provide the enjoyable experience one expects at a place like this.
