My wife bought Baccarat Rouge perfume from Costco.com and tried to return it because of a defective pump and smell. After a lengthy wait at customer service, the East Hanover, NJ manager refused to take it back claiming that "we had too many returns." When my wife tried to return the perfume at the Wharton, NJ location, the manager removed the pump and told my wife that the product could have been tampered with! So now we are out $700 and to add insult to injury they flagged our membership. Worst customer service from both East Hanover and Wharton, NJ Costco. We also learned that Costco is not an authorized retailer for Baccarat Rouge so buyer beware! So much for Costco 100% guarantee of customer satisfaction!

The pizza at the food court alone is worth the trip.
Optometrist is amazing, optical department is of another world though. Very rude, not helpful. When I purchased my frames, the guy added on all other things without even mentioning them.
