Wonderful food, all my guests raved about both the hot and cold selections. The staff they sent were very friendly and they set up a beautiful display that I didn't even expect. My event planner contact, Lisa, was great to work with. She guided me through my options and worked with me on what I really needed for my event. I would highly recommend and use again.

David Allen catered our son 's wedding at the Morris Museum. My wife and I and my Son and now Daughter-in-law could not have been more pleased with the food they provided and their staff. From the fabulous Taco Bar to the Chicken Marsala and Eggplant Rollatini to the Desserts all was fabulous and considering all was made off premise and bought in makes it more to their credit. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a Caterer who pays attention to all details for a Special Event.

We had a family barbecue at our home a short time ago and went with David Alan.

I work in the area of David Alan Market and we visit the establishment for lunch quite frequently, so we are familiar with their great food and service.

One of the best catering experiences we’ve had. The staff arrived and were very prepared and attentive to every detail. We didn’t need to lift a finger…..the chefs even took out the trash afterwards!! The entire process was very straightforward from start to finish and the food choices were amazing. The service we received exceeded our expectations.

We had breakfast burritos, a taco bar with churros and cookies for lunch for a work event that was fantastic. The food was excellent and the servers delivered the food on time. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The coordinating of the event with Lisa to prepare for the day was so valuable, could not have had such a successful event without David Alan's ! .

It was a birthday celebration for 40 people on our patio by the pool. Everything was perfect, from the planning to the execution. No surprises. The team was very professional, the food was tasty and in great presentation.

Absolutely wonderful experience for an outdoor wedding party at our home. Planning with Lisa was easy, she offered many suggestions and was able to accommodate many gluten-free choices. The chef, bartender, and the whole server team were delightful to work with, treated special requests with ease. The food was excellent ,beautifully presented and overall made it a perfect event.

We used David Alan Catering for a prestigious event luncheon and they were a delight to work with through the entire process. Lisa was responsive in the all pre planning and David Alan called several times prior to the event to check the status and make sure I was satisfied with what his company was providing. Overall a very good experience and I will be using them again. Great food!

Excellent food and service

We cater our corporate parties from David Alan Caterers. They are awesome! The food is always on point, and their servers are professional, polite and very helpful. The catering office is very accommodating and works with us to stay within budget. Would highly recommend them.

David Alan Caterers did a wonderful job of catering my Grandson’s Bar Mitzvah Kiddish on Saturday, April 13th at the Synagogue in Cedar Grove. Everyone there raved about the food! It was also presented beautifully! The staff were so pleasant, and professional making it so easy to rely on them to make sure everything went well, and it did!

We hired David Alan Caterers for our TV crew for a week and couldn't have been happier. Food was always delicious and on time. The planner was very responsive and helpful, especially with accommodating the needs of those who had unique dietary needs. Highly recommended!
