20-40 minute delivery time promised, delivered over an hour later
Ordered ahead for a lunch delivery at a specific time... My order showed up exactly an hour after the scheduled time.

The worst experience I've ever had with a dominos. Based on the reviews, Domino's just needs to close this location and completely start over. After an hour of waiting for my pizza, I called the store to see where it is. The woman on the phone (rudely) said he just left for delivery. Then they update the tracking to say that it will arrive in one hour. The store is located in East Hanover, my location is Florham Park (that's a 15 minute drive). So it's being delivered about 2 hours past the original delivery time. I'm literally watching the driver on the tracker drive the opposite way of my location. It's completely unacceptable that an order can be this late, working people count on their deliveries being on time because that's when their WORK BREAK is. Do better or close.

Never learn my lesson. I live in town and want to order from my town, but the food always goes with the driver and drives far away to another town. It's been 40 mins and I'm watching them drive around with my food 2 towns over. I could have walked over faster then this.
I ordered and paid for two large with pepperoni, green peppers and extra cheese.
Neither had extra cheese and it was over cooked.
I was refunded the difference for the cheese but still was extremely disappointing considering that all their adds shows the cheese nice and stretchy. False advertising even after paying almost $5.00 extra dollars for extra cheese.

Horrible delivery and customer service, waited over an hour for my delivery after the driver left the store. Watched on the map how the driver drove back and forth by where I reside to make other deliveries I guess but it doesn't make sense if I'm on the way. Even watched the driver drive away from a hotel only to then drive back to the same hotel. Food was still warm at least but the pie wasn't even cut

I made an order 50 dollars , my order was just laying in the counter with no way to carry , no napkins , just w/e man it's there , terrible service, will never come back ,if u want cheap and terrible service 😫 this is ur place

I tried repeatedly to place an online order. Their website keeps giving an error and says to place it with a person there directly. I even showed them what was happening on my phone with their site. They wouldn't honor the online deal even though it was Domino's fault, not mine. I've worked in restaurants many, many years. I know how easy it is to adjust a price. 😒

It is not surprising the score is so low, I went in with my coworkers to buy something for them, the gentleman was very kind, but the woman who served us was despotic, and tell you in her attention, we had some questions about the food but he wouldn't even let us ask him, he answered us curtly so I just bought a soda and left. I sincerely believe that customer service It is of utmost importance for an establishment, I hope this person realizes the damage he or she is doing to the premises and the brand. He concluded, if you're not happy with what you do, change jobs; maybe there's something you're truly passionate about.

I placed order for pickup at 7:10pm and I went t 8:15 pm still it’s not ready and there are 2 black ladies and told me that we got duplicate order so we didn’t make it and they didn’t confirm from call also. Very rude answer.

Ordered around 6 PM, tracker said it delivered at 6:46, but no food was delivered. Called the store and was on hold for 6 minutes and hung up and called an again. Another 6 minutes later someone answered and said yeah yeah, your food is on the way. Still waiting at 7:15.

I ordered online for carside pick up. I arrived after it said it was ready and followed their directions. I literally sat in my car for an extra 15 minutes after checking in. My order then said completed even though nobody came to the car to deliver the pizza. I was in the front spot with my hazard lights on ( they tell you to do this). You couldn't miss me. After about 15 minutes I went inside..... Oh sorry I forgot. And she said that she was the only one there but there were literally four workers around.
My pizza was gross and cold. When we got home to eat it it wouldn't even separate like a normal Pizza triangle... It literally broke into chunks. When I ordered it said New Management but I'm not sure what is so great!
