Was just here at this location at 4:15. Guy that was working the drive thru had a very bad attitude. Order a large ice coffee with cream and sugar. Originally gave me a large hot coffee. Told him I said ice coffee, then processed to give me an attitude about it. Also put milk in my coffee and no sugar. Place sucks

Not sure if this message will meet the right people, but I went to the event today (4/25) for the grand reopening. Was one of the first 10 people in line and everything went smoothly it was awesome and I got my years worth of coffee! And then I lost the coupon book within 10 minutes. My own mistake, I know. But I CANNOT believe it, I went back in and they actually replaced it. I didn’t catch their names but they were running the event I believe, a man with light hair in a blue sweater and the woman had shorter brown hair with a pink shirt on. They were so kind and compassionate. They really made my day and I’d love if they were able to see this message.

I ordered 12 dollars worth this morning!Egg bites bagel and cream cheeses hash browns and orange juice. Bagel was hard and looked rushed. Cream cheese was literally thrown. Hash browns were soggy cold and oily. Same with the egg bites. If this is your service in the MORNING I could imagine the quality in the evening. I wonder if they looked at me and said .. oh she won’t notice.

This location is the only one that does not have the Jelly filled MUNCHKINS.All locations around do have them. When inquiring why, It is a management decision.That is very disappointing. I wonder if the franchise gives all that freedom to skip a product that sells quickly at all other locations.And since I'm at it, the location's cleanliness could also improve.

It's a 24-hour drive thru. The food was horrible, and donuts were smooshed and melted. I had a coffee it was okay. I will not return. I do not recommend it.
