This place needs better management. They serve old donuts and old begal twist. I know because I eat begal twist every day, and I know when they are old. Dunking should investigate this location as it's putting a bad name on the brand. Begal twist was probably reheated 2 times before it turns this color.

I went there in the morning thinking the bagels were fresh and plenty of choices not many choices. I got a cinnamon raisin bagel (not toasted). Got to work & bagel was not soft. Never going there again for food back to Manhattan Bagels.

I recommend management make sure your hours posted are correct. I am working up here and relying on information from Google. You are wasting my time. Please get the building fixed.

Employee would not create drink according to the selections from my app order. Said specifically no ice and employee refused to comply. Very disappointing encounter. Better to go around the corner to the other Dunkin.
Really regret stopping here waste of time and money. Cold food drink tasted off. Went somewhere else.
