I’m writing to express my disappointment with an experience I had at one of your locations. I arrived at the store at 9:52 PM, only to find the doors already locked, even though the sign clearly stated that the store closes at 10:00 PM.
I understand that closing procedures take time, but locking out customers before posted hours is misleading and frustrating—especially for loyal patrons who make an effort to arrive before closing time. If the true last-call time is earlier, it should be reflected on the store hours.
I hope this issue is addressed with the team at that location so other customers aren’t turned away prematurely.

This location is one of the best. The service was fast and friendly. The guy at the counter was super cooperative. The food was amazing and the sitting area was clean. There is also an easy and plenty of parking outside, which makes it one of my favorite locations to enjoy the five guys.

I wish the prices were a little cheaper but that's life.
While you're waiting though you can eat as many peanuts as you want, which is great because it makes the wait seem shorter. 🕐
My cheeseburger was delicious and I gobbled it up in less than a minute. Feeling myself up on the large fries and the ever-popular bag fries. The size of their French fries never disappoints. 🍟
This location has the coke freestyle machine so there are many choices from which to choose.
