This place is now a part of the Umi chain! All of the regular buffet favorites, hibachi and a MUCH bigger seafood selection! Sushi selection was incredible! Oxtail. Pork belly. Frogs legs. So much more!

a server gave lots of attitude and made a horrible face to us. she tried taking 50 dollars of change to take for herself when she wasn’t even our server.

Oh man! Just rolled out of Flaming Grill & Modern Buffet in East Hanover, and I am *stuffed*. Seriously need a hammock to cradle this deliciously lazy food coma. The sheer variety is incredible – I couldn't resist trying (Seafood, Sushi & Fruit Salads). Definitely got my money's worth... and then some! Highly recommend if you arrive hungry! 💯/ag

Food all mixed not separated and if you try the meat it’s far from being real meat. If you have a seafood allergy definitely don’t eat here. Also the server’s are nowhere to be found for $20 a person

Lots of different options than all other buffets I have been to. Layout was simple. It wasn't overly crowded. We went on a Tuesday at 4pm so most people were probably still at work. But the food was pretty tasty. I would recommend

Food terrible, left over , too many kinds but no one is delicious. No need lots of dish , the food as usual , changes owner but food keeps the same , how can be good business ?

Don’t expect a warm greeting from staff (what else is new), but “do” expect about the freshest, most diverse Asian buffet you’re gonna find anywhere. This place offers delicious feasting in a clean, comfortable environment. Outstanding.
