They were at Princeton farmer’s market on campus. They had a $5 brioche that I used a voucher from Princeton for so it was free for me. It tasted good! Probably would’ve been better if I got it at the bakery so it would’ve been warmer. It had cheese and pesto on top of it. If they come back to the farmers market and had a $5 option then I’d probably come back to get that again.

This is not a restaurant. It is just a bakery. All the baking is done on the premises and they also make many fresh Italian cheeses. There is no place to sit down. You walk up to a counter in a very small foyer to place your order. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products.

Sal & his team have the most delicious breads & cheeses; I have ever had. Their burrata is perfection, as is their seasonal ramp loaf & garlic/rosemary focaccia. An absolute must try for all things delicious!

I got a loaf of Garlic Rosemary bread. It is literally the best bread I have eaten. I lived in Italy for 5 years so that's saying a lot!

Sal and the Jersey Artisan crew did a fabulous job at a bridal shower I hosted for my future daughter in law. With hands on mozzarella -making and cannoli filling, the guests had a blast and enjoyed a delicious Italian feast l.

Stopped by the West Windsor Farmers Market today and picked up some of their Salt & Pepper focaccia bread and some fresh mozzarella. Phenomenal! Can’t wait to try more of their breads.
