Recently went to this Jersey Mikes and we were very impressed with the customer service with the team on Sept 1st around 2pm. Specifically Alex went out of his way to be kind. He deserves some raise or promotion. Thank you for your kindness.

Stopped in and they were training a new person. Great subs, good portions and they caught they put the wrong bread top on the one they were working on for me... they took another half and cut it up and threw out the extra half leftover, I could've taken that home, too! $20 for a giant, $12-14 for a regular and a mini was only $8-9. Some seating but mostly people taking out.

Went here recently, the manager Makenzie was wonderful and very kind. Also her coworker Megan was also very kind. And the food was amazing. The service was incredible. Very much recommended this place .

Walked in and immediately felt unwelcome—the staff barely acknowledged me, mumbling a quick “hi.” A few minutes later, another customer walked in, and suddenly, the greeting was much friendlier. Strange, but whatever.
I ordered a simple meat-only sub, but the employee automatically added cheese and other toppings without asking. It felt like they just make everything by default without considering customer preferences. Then, they wrapped it up sloppily, and the whole process just felt unclean and unappetizing.
For $12, I expected better quality and service. Ended up tossing the sandwich because I just couldn’t enjoy it. Definitely my first and last time at Jersey Mike’s.

I love jerseys mikes and will always go when I want a sub. This one isn’t my usual and consistently gets my order wrong when I decide to give it a try. It’s the same 2 girls whenever I go in and don’t really pay too much attention at any point, and the tables/counter are always kinda sticky with crumbs. I don’t mind since I take it to go, but if I order a normal menu item I’d like it right. Also never get a response on the phone when I call, just pushed to voicemail on each occasion. This location just isn’t it. I’ll continue going to jersey mikes, but at Chatham or Florham park :) both have an amazing staff and flawlessly clean.

I'm new to Jersey mikes and I had the best experience Triumph and Ben were so friendly to my coworker and I. We came for lunch and they recommended what they like best to eat and they don't disappoint l. They always make our day after a hard days work and a good place to chill and cool off during the summer.
We went in an earlier hour before they closed. June 29th Saturday the girl and guy were very friendly especially the guy the girl made the portabella mushrooms sandwich on grill with alot of mushrooms and peppers and onions yummy my grandson had ham and cheese very delicious

Three people working and only one was doing any work (the black guy). The girl with colored hair was useless. Took 25 minutes to complete order, and since it was rushed the quality was not very good. Try chipotle or the chicken right next door.
