I've been here for a year, and just now do I discovered this most amazing Italian Deli.(Only 2.5 miles from my hotel)The owner SAl was Incredibly cordial and extremely hospitable apon my entering the store, he could pretty much tell I wasn't sure about what I wanted and offered me some samples and answered all my questions, so helpful.( I say customer service is not dead. You just need to go to the right joints )Everything looked so amazing. I decided on trying three sandwiches.1. Chicken parm. ( Incredible Delicious)2. Meatball Parm. ( Super Delicious as well)3. Pastrami on Rye. ( For tomorrow )4 Tiramisu. ( Dessert )5. Vanilla Cream SodaEverything was perfect!!!Hands down the best deli I've found in New Jersey since I've been here.All in all, I had an incredible experience at this Italian Deli! From Sal's hospitality to the delicious sandwiches and desserts, it seems like I've found a gem.It's great to know that customer service is alive and well at this spot in New Jersey!

Food is excellent but charging $3 for cherry peppers on my sandwich is outrageous! The sandwich has 4 or 5 cherry pepper slices and you charge $3 for that? Sorrentos is right down the street and I can get the same sandwich with a drink for less than $14. Paying $17 is a bit much.

Super bad attention. Extremely rude and unprofessional not to mention the racist owner with greatness issues that treats all employees like garbage who probably doesn’t remember he’s from Italy. Foods not bad, but it does takes some control hear this guy talk to the employees.
I am so happy I found this place!! Food and service is 10/10. Staff makes you feel like you’re apart of their family! Their fresh mozzarella is just the best. As an Italian with a gluten sensitivity, I am so thankful for their gluten free Italian bread so I can have their amazing sandwiches! The Amore Mio with the Italian meats and hot honey is chefs kiss. Have enjoyed everything I have gotten so far though.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread option!

Protein bowl....a couple chickpeas, a spoon of quinoa, a few walnuts and arugula in a small bowl $9.00 I'm sorry, I don't mind paying for good food but this is crazy, if I didn't add grilled chicken I'd be hungry in less than an hour, I have no Idea how much extra was the chicken but I'm sure it wasn't cheap!
