I've never seen such slow employees. Many people were waiting for their orders and nothing was being processed. I waited 15 minutes and there were many people ahead of me, and the workers were just sitting there, lost in thought.

The new French Dippers had a lot of flavor but could have had more meat on the sandwich. The restaurant didn't seem very clean and the set up of the tables and overall appearance just seemed weird. The music playing, even in the bathroom, was very loud.

Drive thru staff seemed easily overwhelmed and unprofessional.

It truly pains me that I have to leave such a negative review but words can't describe the bad service I experienced when dining here. I would like to point out I have been a regular here for years, I am closer to another location but drive the extra bit just for this one. The past six years I have been met with nothing but great and positive employees. I came in and placed a dine in order- a soup bowl and a simple smoothie. Normally when I order these items it takes about 10 minutes but this time I found myself waiting for about 18 minutes. I wouldn't have complained if the building was busy like all the other times I came in, but this time there was only about five people. After waiting that long, I had came up to the counter looking for an employee to ask why the wait was so long. I did not recognize the worker so I assumed she was new and thats why it was taking longer than usual. I asked if she could get her manager and I was then met with a lady named Amanda who in the beginning of the chat was understanding but as it continued she grew more hostile. This was the most unprofessional management I've met in a long time. While trying to explain the situation, I was continuously cut off and was made to feel I was being inconsiderate because the employee was new. The interaction lasted for 5 minutes and the food still wasn't ready by then. I ended up just leaving without a refund or my food. I cant explain how upsetting it was to see a place I enjoyed so much and supported treat me this way. I can confirm I will not be returning because of the mistreatment. I hope the manager fixes the problems and how she treats customers because I that was truly disheartening to experience.

This Panera has become our go-to post-gym hangout. My wife and I stop by after workouts to cool off, get a little work done, and treat ourselves — and it never disappoints.

We’re Sip Club members, and the new Strawberry Basil Lemonade Fresca has been a total favorite lately. It’s light, refreshing, and honestly feels like a reward after the gym. Super crisp and not too sweet — just right.

We also shared an orange scone, and wow... it was so good. Moist and fluffy on the inside, but with a glazed, slightly crunchy shell that gave it that perfect balance. Sweet but not over the top. One scone, two happy people.

The vibe inside is calm, cozy, and just the right amount of background noise to settle in without distraction. Whether we’re working or just relaxing, this location always hits the spot.

So I’m waiting 15-20 for someone to bring more hot water. I get tired of waiting and ask a staff member, some red headed kid who hands me a cup of hot water filled to the brim which then proceeds to spill all over my hand. Do better.Don’t make people wait 20 minutes for hot water and don’t hand them cups filled to the rim with hot water. No apologies and ten minutes later the spill is still there

I enjoy Panera bread, but the music is so loud I often walk out with a headache / other customers complain about it as well. I love music but when I need to conduct business and /or have conversations, I don't go to a blasting concert. I believe I need to find a new spot and save on the aspirin.

I came to Panera bread many times before. But tonight was very different. I came ona Friday night at 8:15 when they close at 9. I was lucky to have Jeremy help me at this location. He was so nice, so friendly, so warm, just such a great guy and worker. Panera is lucky to have this gentleman represent their company at the register. As a business owner, Jeremy’s has manager qualities!

Very pleasant staff. Notified them of my gluten allergy. They accommodated us perfectly.

Quick and simple to pop in, grab my order and get out. The kiosk likes to sell you more stuff, though, no "quick" checkout there. They were out of plain tea, so opted for papaya.

When back for an unsweet tea, it tasted like coffee water. Not great, but they did reach back out when I made a note to mgmt.

They cheat customers. I stopped going there because I've gotten spoiled rotten lettuce in salads and poorly made food items in the past. I gave it a go today because my daughter wanted a "bowl" of mac n cheese to go. I get home and the container was not even filled! Like I'm talking at least one inch or more deep.....empty. If people are paying $10+ for Mac n cheese you can at least fill it correctly.

Update: my soup was sour tasted bad and I'm pretty sure the Mac n cheese was too.

Not coming back, this location can't get it together... I'll drive to Parsippany next time!

So this is my third time at this Panera, usually no problems up until today. I usually order pickup through the DoorDash app; and if you’ve ordered through the DoorDash app, it just give you two options, pickup and delivery, THAT’s ALL. So this particular time, “Paul” hands me my food and proceeds to say in an authoritative manner “Next time don’t put it in as a “LPN” or some type of employer terminology. Put it in as a drive thru pickup.” I proceed to ask him to further explain and he then continues to speak to me like I work for him. He then goes on and says “it should give you that option.” I told him no it doesn’t and he needs to take it up with DoorDash. He continues to be smug but then says “it’s no big deal.” Well if it wasn’t a big deal, why go back and forth with me in the first place. I feel bad for his fellow coworkers. He must be a joy to work with. Paul, please learn some people skills. Because talking to someone like they are beneath you and incompetent doesn’t work. I’m so disgusted with you.
