I had a stop to get my phone charged. And I got the most amazing staff help me figure out how to charge my phone. I come from Europe with a European charger they got out of their way to go to the car and to the shop to help. Staff is not always about serving the coffee and drinks. It’s about the atmosphere of being helpful to guests. Thank you both guys for your amazing help. Will not forget you ♥️??

Worst Starbucks location ever ,we had to wait over 30 min while it was only me and my kids ,the employee told me she doesn't know how to make our drinks, then a rude woman showed up who said she is a manager, didn't even apologize and asked me to wait.Will never come to this location ever

Great drinks and fast service! Thanks he staff are also nice, and they have delicious pastries (cake pops, cookies, etc). Every time I come here, I order a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and a Chocolate Cakepop. It is also very tasty and high-quality.

Parking: Lots of parking outside in the parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheel chair accessible, and there are also handicapped parking spots. Bathrooms next to this Starbucks are also wheelchair accessible.

Unfortunately I drunk 75% of my ribbon crunch drink and found a hair in my drink. I tried to call the store to complain and I couldn’t reach anyone. I don’t even know what I should do, I’m so upset. They should wear hair nets and gloves when making people drinks!

I wish I could give no stars,There should be a thorough quality check for the food storage. My daughter got food poisoning after having strawberry acai drink, I doubt the sugar syrup they usd was really old may be bacterial growth developed.Hygiene level is not appropriately maintained.
