Sold me an expired mtn dew by about 5 months on Uber Eats. Just disgraceful stuff. Food is ok.

I just ordered in person Less then an hour ago and waited almost half an hour for my food to turn out if was sitting on the shelf the whole time. They never called my name, they just put it on the shelf. The manager was too busy walking to some guy about an old dollar bill or something. So then my food is all soggy and disgusting.

The food is delicious! I went here recently and i got the fries, fried pickles and the burger and it was very good. It is definitely very filling, but it is underrated.

I had one of the best experiences here. The manager, Steven, was a joy. He was so accommodating and helpful. He really went above and beyond to make our time at Super Chix a good time. The food was fresh and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Don’tforget to try their custard! Keep up the good work Steven and team! You guys rock!

While the chicken tenders and fries were good we did not get the sauces we asked for. The side of cole slaw was inedible because whoever made it used salt instead of sugar. It was a sodium bomb.

Before i ordered, i asked if they do lettuce wraps on their sandwiches. Cashier said yes, but when i received my food, it was on a regular bun. Sandwich was also lacking flavor and sauce. Almost $30 (with tip) for a sandwich, large fried pickles and a drink. Not worth the price, in my opinion.

I enjoyed every single bite! We sampled 5 or 6 different items from the menu — three sandwiches, chicken tenders, fries, and two custards — and everything was absolutely delicious. Daniel helped us choose some of the current fan favorites and delivered them to our table hot and incredibly fresh. The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, and every other item held its own just as well.
Do yourself a favor — if you're thinking about going anywhere else for chicken, don’t. Head straight to Super Chix!

Male employee with glasses EXTREMELY RUDE (photo attached) ! I took a coupon that was on display, that I had been given in the past from a different employee. This employee took the coupon from me and advised I couldn’t use it. When I advised I had been given the same coupon in the past, I was told to go get that coupon for use. Seriously?! Over $8.99 chicken tenders? I left and they will never see my business again!
Why have coupons that you can’t get use? Make it make sense

Not sure if it’s because I’m black or not but I went to grab a coupon for some tenders they had on display and the man told me I couldn’t use it. It was on display and not expired but he was VERY NASTY and YT.
