Woosh!! 1130pm Taco Bell cravings, I go to the drivethru where this AI voice takes my order..okay. I pull up to the next window and I see the lady working in the kitchen. I see her ungloved scratching her hair, scratching her back, and scratching the back of her leg. Afterwards she puts on gloves and I was thinking oh well at least she got the scratching out the way then put gloves on after she was done. She put the gloves on both hands then proceeded to wipe her forehead and scratch her back again….and I just pulled off in disgust won’t be coming back here after what I saw 🤦
This has to be the slowest taco bell in NJ. If you are coming here be ready to wait 30+ for your burrito. If they bring employees from ANY other taco bell to work here productivity would go thru the roof.

Opened my Taco Bell wrap to find a tortilla that looks like it lost the will to live. It’s cracked, droopy, and barely holding in some sad orange goo pretending to be cheese. This isn’t fast food, it’s a culinary cry for help. Do better, Taco Bell.

I have recently tricked by this Taco Bell twice. Frustrated.
They seems add a new options to their Burritos order system, set the default to No meat added. Both times, we only got a wrap with some vegetables. Who will buy a wrap with vegi for $6+? Stop playing this trick Taco Bell, you have been more expensive than other stores.

I went to taco bell today as I do multiple times a week where I am usually greeted by their outstanding staff. To my surprise, when I attempted to order at the drive thru, it was a fully automated system that not only could not understand what I was trying to order, but also attempted to sell me products I do not want. I hope the money they save by trying to cut cost by replacing their staff with a cheap machine helps to offset the loss of my business as I will not only refuse to give them any of my business, but will actively being going to their competitors until the system is gone. The Wendy's less than 2 minutes away was more than happy to take my $30.00 after the kind young women at the drive through took my order.

I had an uber eats order from this location, and my order was incorrect, I know you have to go through uber eats when something like this happens but i still called the store to speak to a manager and let them know they should pay more attention because uber eats is a very specific ordering process & its hard to mess up, as well as people having allergies. When i asked to speak to a manager she pretended as if she didnt speak english to get me off the phone. Insanely unprofessional and in general just rude. If i could id give it 0 stars. I know its just Taco bell, but keep treating people like that and you wont go very far. Customer service is customer service.
